| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como base, conocer el nivel de uso del portal educativo Educar Ecuador del Ministerio de Educación en el Sistema de Gestión de Control Escolar de los docentes de la Escuela de Educación Básica Rosa Josefina Burneo de Burneo en el año lectivo 2021-2022. La metodología se basa en el método deductivo, con enfoque cuantitativo de tipo exploratorio-descriptivo, creando un cuestionario ad hoc fundamentado en Guapizaca (2016) y Ministerio de Educación (s.f.), aplicado mediante la técnica de la encuesta cuyo indicador de medida corresponde a la escala de Likert, asimismo, está compuesto por tres dimensiones; portal Educativo Educar Ecuador, servicios del Portal Educativo del Ministerio de Educación en el Sistema de Gestión de Control Escolar de los docentes y uso del portal educativo Educar Ecuador en el sistema de Gestión de Control Escolar. Los resultados obtenidos en primera instancia se centran en definir los servicios del Sistema de Gestión de Control Escolar que ofrece a los docentes el portal educativo Educar Ecuador, posteriormente se realiza el diagnóstico de uso, donde se evidencia que la institución educativa ha implementado y capacitado a los docentes sobre el manejo del portal anteriormente mencionado. Los resultados muestran que los docentes utilizan y acceden al Sistema para subir calificaciones, asistencia, comportamiento, registro de tareas y uso de herramientas, plan curricular y evaluaciones. Concluyendo así que los docentes conocen el portal educativo debido a que en la institución se ha socializado y capacitado a los educadores sobre su uso, recalcando que acceden de manera parcial para registrar lo requerido en los lineamientos institucionales. Recomendando gestionar capacitaciones continuas para fortalecer el conocimiento y aplicación de este portal. | Descripción : | The present research work is based on knowing the level of use of the Educar Ecuador educational portal of the Ministry of Education in the School Control Management System of the teachers of the Rosa Josefina Burneo School of Basic Education in Burneo in the 2021 school year. -2022. The methodology is based on the deductive method, with an exploratory-descriptive quantitative approach, creating an ad hoc questionnaire based on Guapizaca (2016) and the Ministry of Education (s.f.), applied through the survey technique whose measurement indicator corresponds to the Likert scale, likewise, is made up of three dimensions; Educational portal Educar Ecuador, services of the Educational Portal of the Ministry of Education in the School Control Management System of teachers and use of the Educar Ecuador educational portal in the School Control Management system. The results obtained in the first instance focus on defining the services of the School Control Management System offered to teachers by the Educar Ecuador educational portal, later the diagnosis of use is made, where it is evident that the educational institution has implemented and trained teachers about the management of the aforementioned portal. The results show that teachers use and access the System to upload grades, attendance, behavior, record tasks and use of tools, curricular plan and evaluations. Thus concluding that teachers know the educational portal because the institution has socialized and trained educators on its use, emphasizing that they partially access to register what is required in the institutional guidelines. Recommending to manage continuous training to strengthen the knowledge and application of this portal.
