| Resumen : | La presente tesis de grado lleva por título: “El síndrome de Alienación Parental como otra forma de violencia psicológica que vulnera la integridad de las niñas, niños y adolescentes”, y su interés por desarrollar es debido a la realización de un estudio en vista que el síndrome de alienación parental es una realidad latente que se manifiesta en el contexto familiar generando graves daños a la integridad psicológica de las niñas, niños y adolescentes. El estudio realizado muestra que el síndrome de alienación parental viene a ser una forma de violencia psicología donde uno de los progenitores mediante una campaña de desprestigio obstaculiza la relación entre el menor de edad y su otro progenitor, logrando así que el niño o adolescente se distancie, rechace o llegue a odiar a la madre o padre ausente. En presencia de esto es necesario indicar que la integridad de los menores de edad se está dejando de lado, vulnerando de esa manera el derecho que tienen estos de convivir con ambos progenitores y por ello esta investigación pretende resguardar la relación paterno filial que está siendo afectada. En la presente tesis se aplicaron materiales y métodos que permitieron el desarrollo de la investigación, así mismo se realizó entrevistas y encuestas a profesionales del derecho y la psicología, resultados que sirvieron para plantear el proyecto de reforma legal al Código de la Niñez y Adolescencia con la finalidad de incluir al síndrome de alienación parental como otra forma de violencia psicológica y de ese modo garantizar los derechos de las niñas, niños y adolescentes que están siendo menoscabados. |
| Descripción : | The present thesis is entitled: "Parental Alienation syndrome as another form of psychological violence that violates the integrity of children and adolescents", and its interest to develop is due to the realization of a study in view that the parental alienation syndrome is a latent reality that manifests itself in the family context generating serious damage to the psychological integrity of children and adolescents. The study shows that the parental alienation syndrome is a form of psychological violence in which one of the parents, through a smear campaign, hinders the relationship between the minor and the other parent, thus causing the child or adolescent to distance him/herself from, reject or even hate the absent mother or father. In the presence of this, it is necessary to indicate that the integrity of the minors is being left aside, thus violating their right to live with both parents, and for this reason this research intends to safeguard the paternal-filial relationship that is being affected. In this thesis, materials and methods were applied that allowed the development of the research, as well as interviews and surveys were conducted with law and psychology professionals, results that served to propose the project of legal reform to the Code of Children and Adolescents in order to include parental alienation syndrome as another form of psychological violence and thus guarantee the rights of children and adolescents who are being undermined. |
