| Resumen : | La presente investigación se propone como objetivo el análisis de la utilización de criterios de selección de fuentes confiables de información digital, en el décimo año de Educación General Básica Superior. Tiene un enfoque cualitativo, de tipo exploratorio. Se utilizó la entrevista semiestructurada, aplicada a 5 estudiantes y al docente de la asignatura. Además, se utilizó la observación con escala de valoración cualitativa. El resultado principal revela que tanto docentes como estudiantes coinciden en las deficiencias que existen en el tema de selección de fuentes confiables y las relacionan con factores como falta de capacitación, falta de recursos y la falta de relación interdisciplinaria entre asignaturas. Se concluye que existe un bajo conocimiento acerca de criterios de selección de fuentes digitales confiables durante el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje del área de Lengua y Literatura. Por lo que, es fundamental que se enseñe las características, clasificación e implementación de criterios de selección al momento de escoger fuentes digitales, para la fundamentación de trabajos académicos, desde edades tempranas, y así, desarrollar paulatinamente habilidades investigativas en beneficio de su formación y desempeño. |
| Descripción : | The following research work aims as an objective the analysis of the usage of selection criteria of reliable sources of digital information, in tenth year of Higher Basic General Education. It has a qualitative approach, of exploratory nature. It was used the semi-structured interview, applied to 5 students and the teacher of Language and Literature of the school. Besides, it was applied the observation with a qualitative assessment scale. The main outcome shows that both, teachers and students agree that there are deficiencies in the matter of selection of reliable sources and they are related to issues such as lack of training, lack of resources and lack of interdisciplinary relationship among school subjects. As a conclusion, there is low knowledge about selection criteria of reliable digital sources during the teaching-learning process in the area of Language and Literature. Therefore, it is essential to teach the characteristics, classification and implementation of selection criteria at the moment of choosing digital sources, for the foundation of academic works, since early ages, and thus, gradually develop research skills in profit of their formation and performance. |
