| Resumen : | El tema de investigación denominado: EL CARISMA PEDAGÓGICO DEL DOCENTE EN LA FORMACIÓN INTEGRAL DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE SEXTO GRADO DE EDUCACIÓN GENERAL BÁSICA DE LA ESCUELA “25 DE DICIEMBRE” DEL BARRIO BELÉN, PARROQUIA SUCRE, CANTÓN Y PROVINCIA DE LOJA, AÑO LECTIVO 2013-2014. El objetivo general estuvo encaminado a, determinar el carisma pedagógico del docente en la formación integral de los estudiantes de sexto grado de Educación General Básica de la escuela “ 25 de Diciembre”, del barrio Belén, parroquia Sucre, cantón y provincia de Loja, año lectivo, 2013-2014. La investigación fue de tipo descriptiva, se utilizaron los métodos: científico, método descriptivo, método analítico–sintético, método estadístico, método hipotético– deductivo. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron: la observación directa, la encuesta, aplicada al director y maestros de la institución, así como el cuestionario que estuvo dirigido a los estudiantes, para la obtención de información sobre el carisma pedagógico del docente en la formación integral de los estudiantes. La investigación de campo se desarrolló con la participación del Director; nueve Docentes y 30 estudiantes, danto un total de 40 personas. Los principales resultados que se obtuvieron son los siguientes, siete maestros que corresponden al 70%, manifiestan que no tienen carisma para trasmitir sus conocimientos en el proceso formativo, a esto se suma los resultados obtenidos de 28 estudiantes indican que la falta de carisma del docente tiene consecuencias negativas en la formación integral, pues un docente sin carisma no irradia alegría ni entusiasmo, sino temor en los estudiantes. Con la información que se consiguió, luego del trabajo de campo, se llegó a la conclusión que los maestros de la institución no han recibido charlas ni talleres acerca del carisma pedagógico del docente. Por lo que se recomienda en el fortalecimiento y capacitación continua del docente por parte del Ministerio de Educación, a través de la zonal siete de la provincia y cantón Loja, incluir charlas o talleres acerca del carisma pedagógico, para que las maestras y maestros tengan los debidos conocimientos acerca de este tema para su aplicación en el proceso educativo y por ende lograr una plena formación integral. |
| Descripción : | The investigation makes reference to the thematic one: THE PEDAGOGIC CHARISMA OF THE EDUCATIONAL one IN THE INTEGRAL FORMATION OF THE STUDENTS OF SIXTH GRADE OF GENERAL BASIC EDUCATION OF THE SCHOOL DECEMBER" OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD NATIVITY "25, PARISH SUCRE, CANTON AND COUNTY DE LOJA, YEAR LECTIVO 2013 -2014. The general objective was guided to, to determine the pedagogic charisma of the educational one in the integral formation of the students of sixth grade of General Basic Education of the school December" 25, of the neighborhood Nativity, parish Sucre, canton and county of Loja, year lectivo, 2013 -2014. The investigation was of descriptive type, the methods were used: scientific, descriptive method, method analytic-synthetic, statistical method, hypothetical method-deductive. The used techniques were: the direct observation, the survey, applied the director and teachers of the institution, as well as the questionnaire that was directed to the students, for the obtaining of information on the pedagogic charisma of the educational one in the integral formation of the students. The field investigation was developed with two Director's participation; nine Educational and 30 students, danto a total of 40 people. The main results that they were obtained they are the following ones, seven teachers that correspond to 70%, manifest that they don't have charisma to transmit their knowledge in the formative process, to this he/she sinks the obtained results of 28 students they indicate that the lack of charisma of the educational one has negative consequences in the integral formation, because an educational one without charisma doesn't irradiate happiness neither I delight, but fear in the students. With the information that was gotten, after the fieldwork, you reached the conclusion that the teachers of the institution have not received chats neither shops about the pedagogic charisma of the educational one. For what is recommended in the invigoration and continuous qualification of the educational one on the part of the Ministry of Education, through the zonal one seven of the county and canton Loja, to include chats or shops about the pedagogic charisma, so that the teachers and teachers have the due knowledge about this topic for their application in the educational process and for end to achieve an integral full formation. |
