| Resumen : | La presente investigación titulada “EL COMPORTAMIENTO Y SU INFLUENCIA EN EL APRENDIZAJE DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DEL CUARTO AÑO DE EDUCACION BASICA PARALELO “A” DE LA ESCUELA FILOMENA MORA DE CARRION DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA Y LA INTERVENCION DEL TRABAJADOR SOCIAL, PERIODO 2013-2014” Contiene información relevante y su importancia se basa en el estudio del comportamiento y su influencia en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, mediante el cual se ha evidenciado que los estudiantes en su mayoría mantiene un tipo de comportamiento pasivo, es decir; son tranquilos pero no generan respeto unos con otros, desde pequeños han recibido amenazas al realizar algo u admoniciones múltiples, su manera de actuar en casa como en la escuela es diferente, y sus relaciones estudiantes-docentes es buena, pero hijos- padres es regular, ya que al realizar algo mal sus padres reaccionan a gritos, además mantienen un aprendizaje de tipo observacional aprenden lo que ven, se fijan en algo o alguien como un modelo a seguir. En cuanto a la incidencia del comportamiento en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes, tanto padres como docentes, consideraron que incide en bajas calificaciones y déficit de aprendizaje, situación por la cual es importante el rol que el Trabajador Social desempeñaría en el ámbito educativo. 3 El método utilizado fue el de Intervención en la Realidad con sus tres primeras fases, que permitió la recopilación, organización y procesamiento de la información teórica, además se utilizó el método estadístico, inductivo, deductivo y técnicas tales como la observación, la entrevista y encuesta dirigidas a estudiantes, docentes y padres de familia, procesos de total importancia ya que con su ejecución se logro llegar al centro de la investigación. También se abordó la revisión de literatura, que consiste en sistematizar la información relevante del objeto de estudio, como también la discusión en donde se analizó los resultados de las herramientas aplicadas, y así se obtuvo las conclusiones de la investigación, estudiantes con tipo de comportamiento pasivo, tipo de aprendizaje observacional y su incidencia en bajas calificaciones y déficit de aprendizaje. Para lo cual se realizo recomendaciones para toda la comunidad educativa. En cuanto a la propuesta se diseñó un Plan de Acción Social encaminado a mejorar el comportamiento y aprendizaje de los estudiantes del 4to Año de Educación Básica Paralelo “A” de la Escuela Filomena Mora de Carrión, con ayuda de toda la comunidad educativa que la conforman directora, estudiantes, docentes y padres de familia. |

As for the impact on learning behavior of students, parents and teachers, they considered that affects poor grades and learning deficits, a situation which is important the role that the social worker would play in education. The method used was the intervention in reality its first three phases, which allowed the collection, organization and processing of theoretical information, and statistical, inductive, deductive and techniques such as observation method 5 was used, interview and survey aimed at students, teachers and parents, all-important process since its execution was achieved reach the center of the investigation. Literature review, which is to systematize the relevant information under study, as well as the discussion where the results of the applied tools are analyzed, and so the research findings, students got to kind of behavior was also addressed passive type of observational learning and its impact on low grades and learning deficits. For which recommendations for the entire educational community was held. As for the proposed Social Action Plan aimed at improving the performance and student learning 4th Year Basic Education Parallel "A" Filomena Mora Carrion School with the help of the entire educational community that form was designed director, students, teachers and parents. |
