| Resumen : | El tema: “PROPUESTA DE CREACIÓN DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE SALUD Y SEGURIDAD OCUPACIONAL, REGLAMENTO Y MANUAL PARA LA COOPERATIVA DE AHORRO Y CRÉDITO “ESCENCIA INDÍGENA LTDA”. EN LA CIUDAD DE AMBATO,La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo generalcrear el departamento de salud y seguridad ocupacional y el manual para la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito “ Escencia Indígena” Ltda. Con el marco teórico, a través de la investigación científica, descriptiva, se recopiló información sobre seguridad y salud ocupacional, accidentes de trabajo, cuyo contenido está debidamente sustentado y citado la fuente de donde se obtuvo. Los materiales y métodos empleados son el método científico, inductivo, deductivo y analítico. Dentro de las técnicas e instrumentos que se utilizaron tenemos la observación y la encuesta. La población a la que se recolectó constituyen los 100 empleados de la entidad, de igual forma se entrevistó al Gerente y al jefe de Recursos Humanos; quienes permitieron conocer la carencia y necesidad de contar con un departamento de Salud y el reglamento de seguridad ocupacional ya que el 82% de los encuestados así lo expresan, esto va a permitir a la entidad dar una mejor calidad de vida a sus empleados, evitando riesgos laboralescomo lo demuestra el 85% de encuestados, pues el 72% desconoce sobre la forma de evitarlos, por lo que estos resultados direccionaron para proponer la creación del departamento de salud y seguridad ocupacional, y a la vez contar con el reglamento y manual para la Cooperativa Escencia Indígena. Concluyendo que la Cooperativa requiere de un departamento de Salud y seguridad ocupacional, así como también necesita de un manual que los norme. Recomendando por tanto crear el departamento así como implementar y exigir el cumplimiento del Reglamento de Seguridad Industrial y salud ocupacional que garanticen la salud de los colaboradores |
| Descripción : | The theme: "PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY RULES AND MANUAL FOR COOPERATIVA DE AHORRO Y CREDITO ESCENCIA INDÍGENA LTDA". in Ambato city”. The present study was overall objective to create the department of occupational health and safety and manual for this enterprise. With the framework, through scientific, descriptive, information on occupational safety and health, occupational accidents, whose content is properly supported and quoted the source from which it was gathered was obtained. Materials and methods are scientific, inductive, deductive and analytical method. Among the techniques and instruments used we have observation and survey.
