| dc.description | The purpose of this research work is to provide solutions to the existing problems in the San Pedro de Bellavista neighborhood, for which it is essential to have the support and participation of the residents. The organization and participation of the neighborhood contribute to the solution of the neighborhood's problems. The purpose is to get involved and link with the project developed by the National University of Loja called "Co-Construction of participatory neighborhood solutions: Zone 7 - Ecuador''. For the construction of effective solutions, using participatory, independent and democratic processes oriented to meet the demands of citizens, three specific objectives were applied, aimed at promoting the organization and participation in the neighborhood, to assist in the development of collective diagnoses and to support the design of solutions to the problems identified. For the development of this research work, a mixed approach was used, which allowed the identification and description of the main characteristics of the problems. In addition, information gathering instruments (meetings, participatory workshops, interviews and surveys) were used to obtain data on the current situation of the neighborhood. The deductive method was also used to obtain logical conclusions from a series of premises. Variables such as infrastructure, environment, signage and safety were also used. Some of the main problems identified are poor infrastructure and insecurity, the latter caused mainly by the existence of drug dealers and consumers of illicit substances, so it is important to raise awareness among the authorities and managers of the neighborhood to continue developing projects to meet the demands of citizens, as well as neighborhood participation and organization. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El propósito del presente trabajo de investigación es brindar soluciones a las problemáticas existentes dentro del barrio San Pedro de Bellavista, para lo cual es indispensable contar con el apoyo y la participación de los moradores. La organización y la participación barrial contribuyen en la solución de las problemáticas del barrio, tiene como fin involucrarse y vincularse con el proyecto desarrollado por la Universidad Nacional de Loja denominado “Co- Construcción de soluciones barriales participativas: Zona 7 - Ecuador’’. Para la construcción de soluciones efectivas, empleando procesos participativos, independientes y democráticos orientados en atender las demandas de la ciudadanía, se aplicó tres objetivos específicos orientados a fomentar la organización y participación en el barrio, a coadyuvar en la elaboración de diagnósticos colectivos y apoyar en el diseño de soluciones a las problemáticas identificadas. Para el desarrollo del presente trabajo investigativo se utilizó un enfoque mixto, mismo que permitió la identificación y descripción de las principales características de las problemáticas. Además, se aplicaron instrumentos de recolección de información (reuniones, talleres participativos, entrevistas y encuestas) que permitieron obtener datos sobre la situación actual del barrio. También se empleó el método deductivo, que permitió obtener conclusiones lógicas a partir de una serie de premisas. Se utilizó además variables como la infraestructura, medioambiente, señalética y seguridad. Algunas de las principales problemáticas identificadas son mala infraestructura e inseguridad, esta última provocada principalmente por la existencia de libadores y consumidores de sustancias ilícitas, por lo que es importante concientizar a las autoridades y directivos del barrio que continúen desarrollando proyectos que permitan atender las demandas ciudadanas, así como también la participación y organización barrial. | es_ES |
