| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de titulación denominado “ORGANIZACIÓN CONTABLE A LA EMPRESA COMERCIAL GONZALEZ FABIAN OVIDIO DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA, PERIODO DEL 01 DE ABRIL AL 30 DE JUNIO DEL 2022”, se realizó con el propósito de conocer con seguridad la situación económica- financiera y a la vez le permita optimizar la gestión en el ámbito económico, que a la vez nos dé a conocer la situación real de la empresa y realizar una correcta toma de decisiones. Dando paso para el cumplimiento a los objetivo, se procedió a la elaboración de un plan y un manual de cuentas adaptados a las necesidades específicas donde se detalla los activos, pasivos, patrimonio, ingresos, costos y gastos, junto con su descripción y su correspondiente código facilitando la identificación de dichas cuentas, seguidamente se procedió con el Estado de Situación Inicial donde constata todos los bienes, obligaciones y derechos, el registro de las operaciones en el Libro Diario, el registro de los saldos respectivos en el Libro Mayor, luego se realizó el paso de las sumas y saldos al Balance de Comprobación, la realización de la Hoja de Trabajo con los respectivos ajustes, para dar paso al Estado de Resultados que contiene los ingresos ,costos, gastos y obteniendo así la utilidad final de la organización, el Estado de Situación Financiera contiene las cuentas de activo, pasivo, patrimonio; para dar al conocer al final del periodo como se encuentra reflejado la empresa económica- financiera; y finalmente se realiza el Estado de Flujo del Efectivo que muestra el efectivo causado y aplicado durante el periodo económico; al finalizar la organización contable y con base en los documentos, se determinó una utilidad neta del ejercicio de $ 611,96; un activo de $ 149.005,94; un pasivo de $21.067,52 y un patrimonio de $ 127.938,42 que indica que la empresa no cuenta para cubrir con sus obligaciones y se plante nuevas estrategias. |
| Descripción : | The present thesis work entitled “ACCOUNTING ORGANIZATION OF THE COMMERCIAL COMPANY GONZALEZ FABIAN OVIDIO IN THE CITY OF LOJA, PERIOD FROM APRIL 01 TO JUNE 30, 2022”, was carried out with the purpose of secuewly understanding the economic-financial situation and at the same time allowing optimization of management in the economic sphere, which in turn informs us of the real situation of the company and enables correct decision-making. In order to fulfillt the objectives, a plan and an accounts manual adapted to the specific needs were elaborated, detailing the assets, liabilities, equity, income, costs and expenses, along with their description and corresponding code facilitating the identification of such accounts, subsequently the Initial Situation Statement was prepared, which verifies all assets, obligations and rights, the recording of transactions in the Daily Book, the recording of the respective balances in the Ledger, then the passage of the sums and balances to the Trial Balance, the preparation of the Worksheet with respective adjustments, leading to the Income Statement containing revenues, costs, expenses thereby obtaining the final organization`s profit, the Financial Position Statement containing assets, liability, equity accounts; to show at the end of the period how the economic-financial statusof the company is reflected; and finally, the Cash Flow Statement is prepared showing the cash generated and applied during the economic period; upon completion of the accounting organization and based on the documents, a net profit for the period of $611.96 was determined; assets of $149,005.94; liabilities of $21,067.52 and equity of $127,938.42, indicating that the company does not have enough to cover its obligations and new strategies need to be devised. |
