| Resumen : | El presente Diagnóstico de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional de las Imprentas del Cantón El Pangui y Elaboración de un Plan de Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional para la Imprenta “El Pangui”, del Cantón El Pangui, Provincia de Zamora Chinchipe, tuvo como objetivo general: Realizar un diagnóstico de la seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional de las imprentas del cantón el Pangui y elaborar un plan de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional para la Imprenta “El Pangui”, objetivos específicos: Realizar un diagnóstico de la seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional de las imprentas del cantón El Pangui, y Elaborar un plan de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional para la imprenta “El Pangui”. El método descriptivo permitió describir la situación actual de la empresa, el deductivo sirvió para analizar la información recolectada y verificar los campos que cumple la empresa, y el analítico se utilizó para estudiar cada uno de los ítems planteados para recolectar la información. Se utilizó una entrevista al gerente, encuesta a los trabajadores y observación directa mediante un formato por parte del Ministerio del Trabajo. Los principales resultados que se obtuvo fueron: el 60% de los trabajadores tiene conocimiento sobre la seguridad y salud ocupacional, mientras que el 40% no tiene conocimiento, no posee un reglamento ni Delegado de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, brinda los equipos de protección personal a los trabajadores, están expuestos a riesgos mecánicos: golpes, cortes, caídas de distinto nivel y caídas de objetos; físicos: ruidos, vibraciones e incendios; químicos: polvos y sustancias corrosivas; falta implementar la señalética en máquinas y en las áreas de trabajo. Se recomienda ejecutar el Plan de Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional propuesto, el mismo que fue elaborado de acuerdo a las instalaciones y riesgos de la imprenta, teniendo en cuenta la normativa vigente del Ecuador. |
| Descripción : | The present Diagnosis of Occupational Safety and Health of the Canton El Pangui and Elaboration of an Industrial Safety and Occupational Health Plan for the "El Pangui", of the Canton El Pangui, Province of Zamora Chinchipe, had as a general objective: To carry out a diagnosis of industrial safety and occupational health of the printing works of the canton of the Pangui and to develop an industrial safety and occupational health plan for the "El Pangui" printing press, specific objectives: To make a diagnosis of the industrial safety and occupational health of the printing works of the canton El Pangui, and to elaborate an industrial safety and occupational health plan for the printing press "El Pangui". The descriptive method allowed to describe the current situation of the company, the deductive used to analyze the collected information and verify the fields that the company meets, and the analytic was used to study each of the items raised to collect the information. An interview was used for the manager, survey of the workers and direct observation through a format by the Ministry of Labor. The main results obtained were: 60% of the workers have knowledge of occupational safety and health, while 40% have no knowledge, do not have a regulation or Delegate of Occupational Safety and Health, provide personal protective equipment to workers, are exposed to mechanical risks: blows, cuts, falls of different levels and falls of objects; physical: noises, vibrations and fires; chemicals: powders and corrosive substances; The need to implement the signal in machines and in the work areas. It is recommended to implement the proposed Industrial Safety and Occupational Health Plan, the same one that was developed according to the facilities and risks of the printing works, taking into account the current regulations of Ecuador. |
