| Resumen : | El Trabajo de Integración Curricular se basa en un PLAN DE CAPACITACIÓN SOBRE LA SEGURIDAD Y SALUD OCUPACIONAL APLICADA AL ENTORNO VIRTUAL DE APRENDIZAJE (EVA) DE LA UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE LOJA, su propósito es mejorar la concientización y conocimiento de la comunidad universitaria para que puedan identificar, analizar y comprender los riesgos presentes en el ambiente de trabajo, contribuyendo así a crear una cultura de seguridad preventiva en todos los miembros de la Institución; Su desarrollo se centra en tres objetivos, el primero es una revisión del estado del arte sobre el plan de seguridad y salud en el trabajo aplicado al entorno virtual, el cual recopiló información importante sobre artículos y tesis relacionados con el tema de estudio; En el segundo objetivo se analizó la situación actual de la formación en seguridad y salud en el trabajo; Aquí se aplicó una encuesta a 390 miembros de la Universidad, para realizar la encuesta se utilizó la herramienta Google Forms, luego se analizó e interpretó mediante el programa Excel; En el tercer objetivo se logró proponer un plan de capacitación en seguridad y salud en el trabajo, el cual se estructura con información general, presentación, finalidad, objetivos, contenido, metodología, evaluación de la capacitación, cronograma de trabajo, presupuesto y logística. Teniendo en cuenta algunos referentes como las empresas Fátima, Agro Eléctrica y la minera de Zamora, que a través de la capacitación a los trabajadores y la sensibilización sobre los riesgos en el área de trabajo de cada una de ellas, han brindado e implementado un plan de seguridad. seguridad y salud ocupacional, logrando así mejores condiciones de trabajo y seguridad de los trabajadores, dando un beneficio a la empresa ya que evitando accidentes y garantizando la seguridad del empleado, evitamos gastos innecesarios para la empresa, el mismo plan de capacitación servirá para el desarrollo de la habilidades y capacidades de los trabajadores. |
| Descripción : | The Curricular Integration Work is based on a TRAINING PLAN ON OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH APPLIED TO THE VIRTUAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT (EVA) OF THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF LOJA, its purpose is to improve the awareness and knowledge of the university community so that they can identify, analyze and understand the risks present in the work environment, thus contributing to creating a culture of preventive safety in all members of the Institution; Its development is focused on three objectives, the first is a review of the state of the art on the occupational health and safety plan applied to the virtual environment, which collected important information on articles and theses related to the topic of study; In the second objective, the current situation of training in occupational safety and health was analyzed; Here a survey was applied to 390 members of the University, the Google Forms tool was used to carry out the survey, then it was analyzed and interpreted using the Excel program; In the third objective, it was possible to propose a training plan on occupational safety and health, which is structured by general information, presentation, purpose, objectives, content, methodology, evaluation of the training, a work schedule, a budget and logistics.
