| dc.description | The lack of a system to digitalize the medical information of patients at the Subdirection of Occupational Safety and Health of the National University of Loja has allowed to propose this Degree Project with the objective of designing a software for the systematization of Occupational Medical Records of the employees who work in the institution. The first phase is to analyze the current situation of information management within the Occupational Safety and Health Subdirectorate, the interview technique, and with the results obtained we were able to specify the requirements for the construction of the module. In the second phase, to develop a software that facilitates the systematization of occupational medical records, the hybrid ScrumXP methodology was used, consisting of three stages which are: Planning-Definition, Development, and Delivery and Maintenance, which are fulfilled in each iteration defined within the project, likewise use was made of Kruchten's 4+1 architecture views model, designing the different UML diagrams that represent each view that, together with the development technologies required by the Information Technology Department, allowed the correct coding of the software. Finally, in the third phase to evaluate the operation of the software, a test plan was defined in which the set of unit tests and acceptance tests that were executed within the module were established, with the support of DTI, and with the results of the tests it was verified that the development of the module was carried out successfully and the functionalities implemented satisfy the requirements initially established by those involved who will make use of the software solution, which implies that the process of medical information management within the Occupational Safety and Health Subdirectorate has been automated. | dc.description.abstract | La carencia de la Subdirección de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional de la Universidad Nacional de Loja, de un sistema para digitalizar la información médica de los pacientes ha permitido plantear este Trabajo de Titulación con el objetivo de diseñar un software para la Sistematización de Fichas Médicas Ocupacionales de los funcionarios que laboran en la institución, mismo que se ha dividido en tres fases, la primera pretende analizar la situación actual del manejo de la información dentro de la Subdirección de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, haciendo uso de la técnica de la entrevista y con los resultados obtenidos se logró especificar los requerimientos para la construcción del módulo. En la segunda fase, para desarrollar un software que facilite la sistematización de fichas médicas ocupacionales, se empleó la metodología híbrida ScrumXP, compuesta por tres etapas que son: Planificación-Definición, Desarrollo, y Entrega y Mantenimiento, las cuales se cumplen en cada iteración definida dentro del proyecto, así mismo se hizo uso del modelo de vistas de arquitectura 4+1 de Kruchten, diseñando los diferentes diagramas UML que representan cada vista que, conjuntamente con las tecnologías de desarrollo requeridas por el Departamento de Tecnologías de Información, permitieron la codificación correcta del software. Finalmente, en la tercera fase para evaluar el funcionamiento del software se definió un plan de pruebas en el que se establecieron el conjunto de pruebas unitarias y pruebas de aceptación que se ejecutaron dentro del módulo, con el apoyo de DTI, y con los resultados de las pruebas se comprobó que el desarrollo del módulo se llevó a cabo con éxito y las funcionalidades implementadas satisfacen los requerimientos establecidos inicialmente por los involucrados que harán uso de la solución informática, lo que implica que se ha logrado automatizar el proceso de gestión de la información médica dentro de la subdirección.
