| Resumen : | El presente trabajo Levantamiento geológico estructural a escala 1:10000 de la Zona Noreste de la parroquia Sanguillin perteneciente al cantón Calvas, de la provincia de Loja. se desarrolló tomando en cuenta los objetivos del proyecto para alcanzar un mapa geológico a escala 1:10000 de la zona en mención. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se está tomó como base un DEM (Modelo de Elevación Digital) con una configuración de cell size de 5m, a partir del cual se obtuvo las curvas de nivel con las que se generó un mapa de pendientes para entender mejor , además se generó un perfil topográfico con ayuda de la herramienta 3D Analycs del software ArcGIS, que permitió interpolar los datos obtenidos del DEM con la línea del perfil topográfico y se obtuvo la topografía en el lugar de estudio, además de que dicha base topográfica servirá como apoyo para la ejecución del levantamiento en campo. Entre los insumos utilizados para la investigación se usó la actualización de los mapas geológicos propuestos por el INIGEMM (2017), obteniendo los mapas Geológicos Macará y las Aradas a escala 1:100000 el 90% del área de estudio se interseca con la carta geológica Macará, se publicaron en el año 2017 añadiendo todos los datos de los estudios previos realizados por distintos autores y que dichos mapas se están usando de base para la actualización geológica a escala 1:10000 en el presente estudio. Para proseguir con la investigación se ha utilizado en primera instancia la hoja geológica escala 1:1000000 establecida en 1973 por Kernnerley, los mapas propuestos por el INIGEMM a escala 1:100000 aportan una gran cantidad de datos y de alta calidad, debido a que basan sus actualizaciones en estudios previos realizados por diferentes autores en años distintos, lo cual es una gran ventaja a la hora de actualizar la información geoespacial a escala 1:10000, ya que los datos, estructuras y formaciones expuestos en el mapa geológico propuesto en este estudio toma en consideración los criterios y datos generados previamente por otros investigadores. | Descripción : | The present work "Structural Geological Survey at a Scale of 1:10000 of the Northeast Zone of the Sanguillin Parish Belonging to the Calvas Canton, of the Province of Loja" was developed considering the objectives of the project to achieve a geological map at a scale of 1:10000 of the area. For the development of this project, a DEM (Digital Elevation Model) base was obtained, with a cell size configuration of 5m, from which the level curves were obtained from which a slope map was generated to gain a better understanding, in addition to a topographic profile with help of the 3D Analytics tool of the ArcGIS software, which allowed to interpolate the data obtained from the DEM with the line of the topographic profile and the topography was obtained in the place of study, in addition to the fact that said topographic base will serve as support for the execution of the survey in the field. Among the inputs used for the research, the updating of the geological maps proposed by INIGEMM (2017) was used, obtaining the Macará and Las Aradas Geological maps at a scale of 1:100,000. 90% of the study area intersects with the Macará geological chart, were published in 2017, adding all the data from previous studies carried out by different authors and that these maps are being used as the basis for the geological update at a scale of 1:10,000 in the present study. To continue with the study, in first instance, the geological sheet scale 1:1000000 stablished by Kernnerley in 1973 has been used. The maps proposed by INIGEMM at a 1:100000 scale provide a large amount of high quality data, this because their updates are based in previous studies carried out by different authors in different years, which is a great advantage when updating geospatial information at a scale of 1:10000 since the data, structures and formations exposed in the geological map proposed in this study take into account the criteria and data previously generated by other researchers.
