| dc.description | This research work is about Children's tales: interesting pedagogical tool to strength reading with students of fourth grade at Filomena Mora de Carrión School; the general objective was to determine the influence of children's tales in reading students of fourth grade parallel "A" at Filomena Mora de Carrión School, during the 2022-2023 school year; in the theoretical framework, topics related to the children's tales and reading exercises were addressed; the methodology was based on the use of the scientific, statistical, inductive, descriptive, analytical and synthetic methods; to get information, the teacher was interviewed and students were evaluated according to Magallanes Reading, which made it possible to diagnose the students ́ errors. The population investigated was one teacher and twenty-six students. The results allowed us to determine that substitution and hesitation are the errors that students make when they read. In order to support the strengthening of students ́ reading skills which was to reduce the mistakes, the proposal "To live an adventure, reading is needed" was designed and applied. According to the results obtained, teachers are encouraged to consider the use of student's tales in order to guide the strength of reading, taking into account one of the essential aspects for the acquisition of future learning. | dc.description.abstract | La investigación titulada: El cuento infantil: herramienta pedagógica interesante para fortalecer la lectura en el cuarto grado de Educación General Básica; tiene como objetivo general: Determinar la influencia de los cuentos infantiles en el fortalecimiento de la lectura del cuarto grado paralelo “A” de EGB de la Escuela Filomena Mora de Carrión, Periodo 2022-2023; en el marco teórico se abordó temáticas relacionadas con el cuento infantil y la lectura; la metodología se basó en la utilización de los métodos: científico, estadístico, inductivo, descriptivo, analítico y el sintético; para la obtención de información se entrevistó a la docente y a los niños se les aplicó la evaluación de lectura de Magallanes que permitió diagnosticar los errores en lo que incurren los niños al leer. La población investigada comprende una docente y veintiséis niños. Los resultados nos permiten determinar que la sustitución y la vacilación son los errores en los que incurren los niños al leer. Para apoyar al fortalecimiento de la lectura en los niños, es decir para reducir los errores en los que incurren los niños al leer se diseñó y aplicó la propuesta “Para vivir una aventura se necesita de la lectura”; de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos se incitan a las docentes a ponderar el uso de cuentos infantiles orientados al fortalecimiento de la lectura considerada uno de los aspectos esenciales para la adquisición de los futuros aprendizajes.
