| Resumen : | El trabajo de integración curricular: ANÁLISIS DE CASO DE UN NIÑO DE 5 AÑOS CON TRASTORNO DEL ESPECTRO AUTISTA. PROPUESTA DE TRATAMIENTO INTEGRAL A TRAVÉS DEL JUEGO, EN EL PERIODO 2021-2022. Tuvo como objetivo general: Favorecer el desarrollo Integral del niño de 5 años con Trastorno del Espectro Autista. El diseño de investigación utilizado fue pre experimental, así mismo el alcance fue descriptivo permitiendo analizar características, cualidades y describir al niño en estudio siendo el total de la muestra y población; además se emplearon los métodos: analítico sintético, estadística descriptiva y la hermenéutica; ; técnicas e instrumentos aplicados fueron: la ficha de observación basado en el DSM-5, así como también, una ficha de articulación para detectar problemas específicos en el área de lenguaje y la Escala Abreviada de desarrollo de Nelson Ortiz utilizado para diagnosticar las dificultades en las áreas de desarrollo, tras la aplicación de la propuesta alternativa denominada “No es mi mundo es el nuestro juegos para todos”, se aplicó el post test para determinar el impacto de la intervención obteniendo resultados positivos de 114 puntos en un nivel medio alto y correcciones oportunas de omisión y distorsión de fonemas , por lo cual se pudo evidenciar una mejoría en el niño con TEA. Concluyendo que el juego es una herramienta inclusiva que favorece el desarrollo integral del niño con Tea de forma significativa adquiriendo habilidades motrices, comunicativas y socio-afectivas, por lo que se recomienda su aplicación en el contexto familiar y escolar. | Descripción : | The thesis entitled: CASE ANALYSIS OF A 5-YEAR-OLD CHILD WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER. PROPOSAL OF INTEGRAL TREATMENT THROUGH PLAY ACTIVITIES, IN THE PERIOD 2021-2022, its general objective was to favor the integral development of a 5-year-old child with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The research design used was pre-experimental. Likewise, the scope was descriptive allowing analyzing characteristics, qualities, and describing the child understudy being the total of the sample and population. In addition, the following methods were used: synthetic analytical, descriptive statistics and hermeneutics; the techniques and instruments applied were the observation card based on the DSM-5, as well as, an articulation card to detect specific problems in the area of language and the Nelson Ortiz Abbreviated Development Scale used to diagnose difficulties in the areas of development, after the application of the alternative proposal called "It's not my world, it's our world, games for everyone", the post-test was applied to determine the impact of the intervention, obtaining positive results of 114 points at a medium-high level and timely corrections of omission and distortion of phonemes, so it was possible to show an improvement in the child with ASD. Finally, the conclusion is that the game is an inclusive tool that favors the integral development of the child with TEA in a significant way, acquiring motor, communicative and socio-affective skills. Therefore, its application in the family and school context is recommended. Key words: integral development, inclusion, play, child, autism spectrum disorder. |
