| Resumen : | La presente investigación titulada “ALFABETIZACIÓN DIGITAL Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LA INCLUSIÓN LABORAL DE LA POBLACIÓN ADULTA DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA, PERIODO 2017”, permitió conocer la existencia de incidencia de la alfabetización digital en la inclusión laboral de las personas adultas, es decir la posibilidad de ser excluidos del ámbito laboral respecto de su grado de conocimiento de las Tics. Para establecer la población participante en esta investigación, se consideró a la población adulta integrada por: población adulta joven comprendida en rangos de edad de 20 a 40 años; y, población adulta madura en edades de 40 a 60 años, con el objetivo de brindar neutralidad a la investigación se dividió el trabajo de recopilación de información por parroquias urbanas y por barrios, por interés del investigador la encuesta se diseñó por bloques de información. Una vez aplicadas las técnicas de investigación se obtuvo como resultado que, en cuanto al grado de alfabetización digital, el 43,46% son alfabetos digitales, el 35,34% cuentan con habilidades básicas, y el 21,20% son analfabetos digitales, gran mayoría de este último grupo son los adultos maduros que de acuerdo a su contexto generacional pertenecen a una etapa de desfase tecnológico, y en quienes además se determinó la existencia de limitaciones muy altas al momento de ingresar y/ o mantenerse en un puesto de trabajo, confirmando de esta manera que la alfabetización digital si incide en la inclusión laboral de la población objeto de estudio. |
| Descripción : | The present investigation entitled "DIGITAL LITERACY AND ITS IMPACT ON THE LABOR INCLUSION OF THE ADULT POPULATION OF THE CITY OF LOJA, Period 2017", allowed to know the existence of incidence of digital literacy in the labor inclusion of adults, i.e. the possibility of being excluded from the scope of work with respect to their degree of knowledge of ICT's. To establish the population participating in this research, it was considered for the adult population composed of two segments: young adult population within age ranges of 20 to 40 years; and, mature adult population covered by ages of 40 to 60 years, with the aim of providing neutrality to the investigation was divided the work of collecting information by urban parishes and neighborhoods, in the interests of the researcher the survey was designed by blocks of information. Once applied research techniques, the result was that, with respect to the degree of digital literacy, 43.46% are digital alphabets, the 35.34% have basic skills, and the 21.20% are digitally illiterate, vast majority of the latter group are mature adults that according to their generational context belong to a stage of technological gap and who also determined the existence of very high limitations at the time of login and/ or keep a job, thus confirming that digital literacy if affects the labor inclusion of the population under study. |
