| Resumen : | La Economía Popular y Solidaria ha permitido la satisfacción de las necesidades humanas teniendo como pilar fundamental un trabajo en comunidad, la formación humana y la integración familiar que lucha contra el capitalismo y un servicio social sin fines de lucro, permitiendo un desarrollo basado en valores y principios. Ante aquello, el presente trabajo de investigación realiza un estudio de las organizaciones que existen en el marco de la Economía Popular y Solidaria en la Parroquia Chantaco del Cantón Loja, con el único objetivo de conocer como este sistema económico han contribuido al desarrollo socioeconómico de la comunidad chantaquence y a partir de los resultados observados generar una propuesta financiera que impulse y dinamice el desarrollo de la Economía Popular y Solidaria. Esta investigación utilizó el estudio de campo que permitió visualizar el aporte de la Economía Popular y Solidaria en la parroquia y como esta ha contribuido a la calidad de vida de los pobladores. Así mismo, se aplicó el método descriptivo para recoger, presentar y analizar los resultados obtenidos mediante un taller realizado a las organizaciones de la parroquia Chantaco. Durante el desarrollo del estudio se pudo detectar primeramente que la mayoría de las organizaciones economicas y sociales de la parroquia Chantaco tienen conocimientos empíricos de Economía Popular y Solidaria (EPS) y que su principal problema es la falta de financiamiento para el desarrollo de sus actividades. Bajo este contexto, se resaltó la importancia de realizar una propuesta financiera como la implementación de un Banco Comunal, encaminada a mejorar el nivel de conocimiento y capacidad de financiamiento de cada organización, mediante un análisis crítico, según lo observado para potenciar los principios propuestos por la normativa ecuatoriana para este sistema económico. Finalmente, se concluye que la Economía Popular y Solidaria es una nueva forma de apoyo a las economías más pequeñas en el Ecuador y que la Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria debe difundir los principios, beneficios y ventajas de conformar organizaciones de Economía Popular y Solidaria. |
| Descripción : | The Popular and Solidary Economy has allowed the satisfaction of the human needs taking a work as a fundamental prop in community, the formation humanizes and the familiar integration that fights against the capitalism and a social service without ends of profit, allowing a development based on values and beginning. Before that one the present work of investigation realizes a study of the organizations that exist in the frame of the Popular and Solidary Economy in the parish Chantaco of the canton Loja, with the only aim to know as this economic system they have contributed to the socioeconomic development of the community Chantaquence and from the observed results to generate a financial offer that stimulates and stirs into action the development of the popular and solidary economy. This investigation used the field study that allowed to visualize the contribution of the Popular and Solidary Economy in the parish and as this one he has contributed to the quality of life of the settlers . Likewise, the descriptive method was applied to gather, to present and to analyze the results obtained by means of a workshop realized to the organizations of the parish Chantaco. During the development of the study it was possible to detect primeramente that the majority of the economic and social organizations of the parish Chantaco have empirical knowledge of Popular and Solidary Economy (EPS) and that his principal problem is the desfinanciamiento for the development of his activities. Under this context, there was highlighted the importance of realizing a financial offer as the implementation of a Communal Bank, directed to improving the level of knowledge and capacity of financing of every organization, by means of a critical analysis, according to the observed to promote the beginning proposed by the Ecuadoran regulation for this economic system. Finally, one concludes that the Popular and Solidary Economy is a new form of support to the smallest economies in the Ecuador and that the Superintendence of Popular and Solidary Economy must spread the beginning, benefits and advantages of shaping organizations of Popular and Solidary Economy. |
