| Resumen : | El trabajo de titulación denominado “REORGANIZACIÓN CONTABLE EN EL LOCAL COMERCIAL “SERMIL” DE LA CIUDAD DE ZARUMA, CANTÓN ZARUMA DE LA PROVINCIA DE EL ORO. PERÍODO: ABRIL- JUNIO DEL 2016”, permitió diseñar un sistema contable apegado a las Normas Internacionales de Contabilidad y a las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera proporcionando al propietario las herramientas necesarias para la toma de decisiones; además de obtener el Título de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría, Contador Público- Auditor. Para dar cumplimiento a los objetivos planteados en la presente investigación, mediante el análisis e interpretación de la información generada en el negocio, se diseñó el plan y manual contable acorde a los requerimientos del comercial, y en base a la constatación física de los bienes, valores y obligaciones, y la revisión de la documentación fuente se elaboró el inventario inicial, así como los libros auxiliares de acuerdo a las necesidades del comercial, posteriormente se realizó el análisis y sistematización de la información contable, para iniciar el proceso de reorganización contable, el mismo que concluyó con la presentación de los estados financieros. La metodología aplicada se orientó en la revisión, análisis, sistematización y de las operaciones contables que se llevaron a cabo en el comercial, con la finalidad de presentar información económica y financiera confiable y oportuna. Finalmente en los resultados se realizó la reorganización del sistema contable del Comercial “Sermil”, considerando el período abril-junio del 2016, iniciando con la elaboración del plan y manual de cuentas detallando su codificación y descripción, elaboración del inventario inicial, mediante la recopilación de los bienes, valores y obligaciones, registro de operaciones en el libro diario, mayorización, balance de comprobación, hoja de trabajo, estados financieros y su análisis por indicadores financieros, en los cuales se reflejan los puntos fuertes y débiles del negocio, necesarios para tomar las medidas correctivas pertinentes y ayudar a optimizar la gestión administrativa y contable que coadyuve al desarrollo de las actividades de esta entidad. |
| Descripción : | The titling project called: “ACCOUNTING REORGANIZATION IN THE COMMERCIAL" SERMIL " OF THE ZARUMA CITY, CANTÒN ZARUMA OF THE GOLD PROVINCE. PERIOD: APRIL-JUNE 2016", allowed the design an accounting system based to International Accounting Standards and the International Financial Reporting Standards providing the owner the necessary decision-making tools; besides obtaining the engineering degree in Accounting and Auditing, National Public Accountant Auditor. In order to fulfill the objectives set out in the present investigation, the analysis and interpretation of the information generated in the business was designed, the accounting plan and manual according to the requirements of the commercial, and based on the physical verification of the goods, Values and obligations, and the revision of the source documentation, the initial inventory was prepared, as well as the auxiliary books according to the needs of the commercial, afterwards the analysis and systematization of the accounting information was carried out, to initiate the process of accounting reorganization, The same that concluded with the presentation of the financial statements. The applied methodology was oriented in the review, analysis, systematization and accounting operations that were carried out in the commercial, in order to present reliable and timely economic and financial information.
