| Resumen : | Nuestro trabajo investigativo está enfocado al registro y control del Personal del Hospital Provincial General “Isidro Ayora de Loja”, con la finalidad de apoyar al personal del Departamento de Recursos Humanos, que tenga un eficiente control de las personas que laboran en la institución. Este proyecto de investigación es un Sistema de Gestión Administrativo, que permite organizar en forma sistemática la información, Generar Roles de Pago de Empleados y Trabajadores, así como importar los datos del personal, de la hora de entrada y hora de salida del reloj, para enlazarlos al sistema y poder llevar un control estricto por parte de los Directivos del Hospital de las personas que laboran y que cumplen diariamente con las jornadas de trabajo. Para el desarrollo se utilizo técnicas de investigación, que permitieron recolectar y analizar toda la información y determinar cuáles son los diferentes problemas que con llevan la mala organización del personal. Además este sistema está realizado bajo la plataforma .NET, lenguaje de Programación Visual Basic 2005 y base de Datos SQL Server 2005. |
| Descripción : | Our investigative work is focused to the registration and control of the Personnel of the Provincial General Hospital "Isidro Ayora of Loja", with the purpose of supporting the personnel of the Department of Human resources that has an efficient control of people that they work in the institution. This investigation project is an Administrative System of Management that allows to organize in systematic form the information, to Generate Lists of Payment of Employees and Workers, as well as to care the personnel's data, of the hour of entrance and hour of exit of the clock, to connect them to the system and power to take a strict control on the part of the Directive of the Hospital of people that work and that they fulfill the work days daily. For the development you uses technical of investigation that allowed to gather and to analyze all the information and to determine which they are the different problems that with they take the personnel's bad organization. This system is also carried out under the platform .NET, Visual programming language Basic 2005 and database SQL Server 2005. |
