| Resumen : | La siguiente investigación denominada “Propuesta de un Plan de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional para la empresa Fundación DECOF de la ciudad de Loja, tuvo como finalidad realizar un estudio para identificar los diferentes riesgos presentes en dicha empresa, así mismo se propone alternativas de solución que ayude a crear estrategias que permitan minimizar riesgos. Los métodos utilizados para la investigación fueron: deductivo, permitió conocer la normativa legal vigente y comprobar si la empresa cumple o incumple con la normativa vigente; inductivo sirvió para conocer aspectos importantes en cuanto aseguridad y salud ocupacional detallados en la situación actual de la empresa; descriptivoayudó a la formulación del plan de seguridad y salud ocupacional. Para la recolección deinformación se utilizó técnicas como la encuesta a los trabajadores Fundación DECOF, además la entrevista con el gerente administrativo y guía de observación basándose en el cumplimiento de la normativa del Ministerio de Trabajo. Entre los resultados se obtuvoque Fundación DECOF carece de un reglamento interno de Higiene y Seguridad, no cuentan con delegado de seguridad y salud ocupacional, no han recibido capacitaciones, carecen de extintores adecuados para los respectivos puestos de trabajo, además que desconocen su uso y manejo, no han adquirido un botiquín básico de primeros auxilios. En base a estos antecedentes, se propone que Fundación DECOF contrate los serviciosde un técnico de Seguridad y Salud ocupacional con el fin de brindar apoyo a la empresa,para que de esta manera cumpla con lo establecido y recomendado en la normativa del Ministerio de Trabajo, además de implementar los equipos de protección personalfaltantes (EPP), a su vez capacitar al personal en temas relacionados a incendios, uso ymanejo de extintores, primeros auxilios. Además, obtenido un presupuesto para laejecución del plan de seguridad y salud ocupacional el cual fue de 1.920,25 dólares americanos. |
| Descripción : | The following investigation called "Proposal for an Occupational Safety and Health Plan for the company Fundación DECOF of the city of Loja, had the purpose of carrying out a study to identify the different risks present in said company, likewise alternative solutionsare proposed that help to create strategies that minimize risks. The methods used for theinvestigation were: deductive, it allowed to know the current legal regulations and to verifyif the company complies or fails to comply with the current regulations; inductive served toknow important aspects in terms of occupational health and safety detailed in the currentsituation of the company; description helped to formulate the occupational health and safety plan. For the collection of information, techniques such as the survey of Fundación DECOF workers were used, as well as the interview with the administrative manager and an observation guide based on compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Labor. Among the results, it was obtained that the DECOF Foundation lacks an internal Hygieneand Safety regulation, they do not have an occupational health and safety delegate, theyhave not received training, they do not have adequate fire extinguishers for the respectivejobs, in addition to being unaware of their use and driving, have not acquired a basic firstaid kit. Based on this background, it is proposed that the DECOF Foundation hire the services of an Occupational Health and Safety technician in order to provide support to the company, so that in this way it complies with what is established and recommended in the regulations of the Ministry of Labor. , in addition to implementing the missing personal protective equipment (PPE), in turn training staff on issues related to fires, use and management of fire extinguishers, first aid. |
