| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación está enfocado en crear un producto que preste una alternativa de turismo y se genere diversificación turística de la parte alta de El Oro, por ende, este trabajo está titulado como “Desarrollo de producto turístico: Piñas, Atahualpa y Zaruma, provincia de El Oro”, se planteó como objetivo principal el diseñar un producto turístico que permita la integración de los cantones Piñas, Atahualpa y Zaruma, y como objetivos específicos realizar un diagnóstico turístico de la situación actual de los cantones Piñas, Atahualpa y Zaruma; diseñar la moto ruta turística que integre los cantones Piñas, Atahualpa y Zaruma; plantear estrategias que permitan comercializar el producto diseñado en la propuesta: desarrollo de producto turístico: Piñas, Atahualpa y Zaruma, provincia de El Oro. La metodología se sustentó en un trabajo cualitativo, cuantitativo, deductivo, inductivo, sintético, descriptivo, bibliográfico y analítico en base a la aplicación de técnicas de observación directa, revisión bibliográfica, encuestas, entrevistas y matriz FODA. Así mismo se empleó la matriz de Carla Ricaurte para el diagnóstico del sistema turístico, la matriz del MINTUR sobre inventario de atractivos turísticos del Ecuador y la Geo Referenciación en ArcGIS para la elaboración de los mapas. Como resultado se obtuvo que los cantones tienen potencial para el desarrollo del turismo, y se dio planteamiento al diseño de la ruta turística en moto para los cantones de la parte alta de la provincia de El Oro. Se obtuvo un total de 28 atractivos turísticos de los cuales se emplearon 15 para la realización de la ruta. Para dar finalización al trabajo de investigación se planteó conclusiones basadas en la problemática más evidente en cuanto a generar más alternativas de turismo para que atraiga una importante cantidad de turistas, resultando como recomendación la realización de una actualización del catastro de restauración y alojamiento del MINTUR. |
| Descripción : | The goal of this research work is to create a tourism alternative and generate tourism diversification in the upper part of El Oro. Therefore, this work is entitled "Development of a tourism product: Piñas, Atahualpa and Zaruma, province of El Oro", the main objective was to design a tourism product that allows the integration of the cantons Piñas, Atahualpa and Zaruma, and the specific objectives are to make a tourism diagnosis of the current situation of the cantons Piñas, Atahualpa and Zaruma; design the tourist motorcycle route that integrates the cantons Piñas, Atahualpa and Zaruma; propose strategies to market the product designed in the proposal: development of a tourism product: Piñas, Atahualpa and Zaruma, province of El Oro. Using direct observation techniques, bibliographic reviews, surveys, interviews, and SWOT analyses, the methodology applied qualitative, quantitative, deductive, inductive, synthetic, descriptive, and analytical techniques. Likewise, the Carla Ricaurte matrix was utilized for the diagnosis of the tourism system, the MINTUR matrix for the inventory of tourist attractions in Ecuador and Geo Referencing in ArcGIS for the elaboration of the maps. As a result, cantons have potential for tourism development. The design of the tourist route by motorcycle for the cantons of the upper part of El Oro was proposed. A total of 28 tourist attractions were obtained, of which 15 were used to create the route. The study concluded by identifying the most evident problems associated with increasing tourism alternatives. This was done to attract a significant number of tourists. This resulted in a recommendation to update the MINTUR's restoration and lodging cadastre. |
