| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de integración curricular denominado ORGANIZACIÓN CONTABLE EN LA EMPRESA CENTRO COMERCIAL “EL HUERTO’’ DE LA PARROQUIA DE VILCABAMBA, PERÍODO DEL 01 DE ABRIL AL 30 DE JUNIO DEL 2022, se desarrolló con el propósito de organizar un proceso contable que permita conocer la situación económica-financiera en un periodo analizado, se efectuó de acuerdo a los objetivos propuestos, lo cual ayudó a desarrollar el proceso contable para llegar a obtener los estados financieros y finalmente con la aplicación de indicadores. Para dar cumplimiento al primer objetivo se desarrolló el inventario inicial donde fue necesario ir a la empresa a realizar la constatación física de la mercadería disponible, sus bienes y obligaciones. De igual manera se elaboró un plan y manual de cuentas en función a las necesidades de la empresa donde se clasificaron y codificaron cada cuenta utilizada en el desarrollo del proceso contable con el fin de facilitar el registro de las actividades que se generaron en la entidad. Finalmente con la información obtenida se dio cumplimiento a la realización del proceso contable desde la contabilización de los registros en el libro diario que se obtuvieron mediante el control de la cuenta mercaderías, también se realizan auxiliares de compra, venta y auxiliares de pago, rol de pago, depreciaciones y ajustes correspondientes al final del periodo el cual facilitó el inventario final, luego se procedió a elaborar el balance de comprobación y la hoja de trabajo hasta llegar a los Estados financieros y aplicar indicadores financieros del periodo establecido, que reflejan las situación económica de la empresa con la finalidad que sirvan como instrumentos de orientación financiera para el gerente propietario de la empresa. Con los resultados obtenidos se establece que mediante la organización contable aplicada a la empresa Centro Comercial “El Huerto”, permite al propietario a tomar buenas decisiones para el funcionamiento de la empresa. |
| Descripción : | The current work of curricular integration called ACCOUNTING ORGANIZATION IN THE COMPANY COMMERCIAL CENTER "EL HUERTO'' OF THE PARISH OF VILCABAMBA, PERIOD FROM APRIL 1st TO JUNE 30th , 2022, was developed with the purpose of organizing an accounting process that allows to know the economic-financial situation in an analyzed period, it was carried out according to the proposed objectives, which helped to develop the accounting process to obtain the financial statements and finally with the application of indicators. In order to fulfill the first objective, the initial inventory was developed, where it was necessary to go to the company to physically verify the available merchandise, its goods and obligations. Similarly, a chart of accounts was prepared according to the needs of the company where each account used in the development of the accounting process was classified and codified in order to facilitate the recording of the activities generated in the entity. Finally, with the information obtained, the accounting process was carried out from the accounting of the records in the daily book that were obtained through the control of the merchandise account, purchase, sale and payment auxiliaries, payment role, depreciations and adjustments corresponding to the end of the period, which facilitated the final inventory, then proceeded to prepare the trial balance and the work sheet until arriving at the financial statements and applying financial indicators for the established period, which reflect the economic situation of the company in order to serve as instruments of financial orientation for the owner manager of the company. With the results obtained it is established that by means of the accounting organization applied to the company Centro Comercial "El Huerto", it allows the owner to make good decisions for the operation of the company |
