| Resumen : | El uso de Google Sites ha involucrado la activa participación de las TICS como fuente de apoyo en el refuerzo de contenidos básicos que los alumnos deben alcanzar para su formación en la asignatura de Lengua y Literatura. Ante ello, se procedió a plantear el primer objetivo específico donde se diagnosticó el nivel de aprendizaje de los alumnos en el cual se delimitó que dentro de la asignatura investigada se involucran cinco bloques curriculares, es por ello que de manera indispensable se tomó como instrumentos para evaluar la batería de evaluación PROLEC-R para diagnosticar el nivel de lectura y la batería de evaluación PROESC para el diagnóstico de los procesos de escritura. Por su parte, el segundo objetivo consistió en ejecutar una propuesta alternativa en la cual se tomó en cuenta las dificultades que presentaban los discentes y también los contenidos que se abordaban en la unidad de estudio diseñando sesiones que permitieron reforzar su conocimiento. Por consiguiente, en el objetivo tres se evaluó el impacto de la herramienta dentro del aprendizaje de los alumnos y gracias a la aplicación de las baterías de evaluación se aplicó un pre y pos test donde se obtuvo resultados significativos alcanzando así el objetivo general determinando la importancia de Sites en el aprendizaje. Es importante además, señalar que esta investigación se sostuvo en un enfoque mixto (cuali-cuantitativo) que además mantuvo un diseño cuasi-experimental y de tipo descriptivo y que por ende la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta (aplicada a la docente) y la prueba escrita (aplicada a los estudiantes) y como instrumento el cuestionario, estableciendo de esta manera la validez del presente trabajo investigativo el cual es relevante en el ámbito académico, cuyos resultados generaron que el aprendizaje de los estudiantes sea interactivo y motivador creando ambientes dinámicos. | Descripción : | The use of Google Sites has involved the active participation of ICTs as a source of support in the reinforcement of basic content that students must achieve for their training in the subject of Language and Literature. In view of this, we proceeded to raise the first specific objective where we diagnosed the learning level of the students in which it was delimited that within the subject investigated five curricular blocks are involved, which is why we took as instruments to evaluate the PROLEC-R evaluation battery to diagnose the reading level and the PROESC evaluation battery for the diagnosis of the writing processes. On the other hand, the second objective consisted of executing an alternative proposal in which the difficulties presented by the students were taken into account, as well as the contents addressed in the unit of study, designing sessions that allowed reinforcing their knowledge. Consequently, in objective three, the impact of the tool was evaluated within the students' learning and thanks to the application of the evaluation batteries, a pre- and post-test was applied where significant results were obtained, thus achieving the general objective by determining the importance of Sites in learning. It is also important to point out that this research was sustained in a mixed approach (quali-quantitative) that also maintained a quasi-experimental and descriptive design and therefore the technique used was the survey (applied to the teacher) and the written test (applied to the students) and as an instrument the questionnaire, thus establishing the validity of this research work which is relevant in the academic field, whose results generated that the students' learning is interactive and motivating creating dynamic environments.
