| Resumen : | La educación, es parte fundamental de cada persona, por lo tanto en una sociedad se busca alcanzar su desarrollo, ser competitivo y sostenible, esto se ha ido demostrado a lo largo de la historia, y especialmente en los últimos años, cuando se ha visto como surgen nuevos métodos de enseñanza-aprendizaje, la importancia de la presente investigación está basada en determinar la influencia de los recursos didácticos en la enseñanza-aprendizaje de las sumas y restas en los estudiantes del subnivel elemental de la Escuela rural "González Suarez" de la parroquia Chuquiribamba periodo académico 2021 - 2022, en el desarrollo del trabajo investigativo fue necesario la utilización de métodos e instrumentos que permitieron desarrollar todos los aspectos relacionados con los objetivos formulados. Los métodos que sirvieron de apoyo son el método inductivo, analítico - sintético, y el enfoque cuantitativo. El instrumento que se utilizó fue la encuesta que se realizó a 15 docentes de la escuela, las cuales permitieron obtener un análisis rápido y claro sobre la importancia que mantienen la implementación de recursos didácticos en la educación. Se logró identificar las estrategias emplean los docentes del plantel para poder lograr el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico en los estudiantes. Por lo que se concluye que, para que exista un verdadero aprendizaje significativo y una formación exhaustiva se necesita estimular al estudiante, siendo importante que el docente esté constantemente capacitado y predispuesto a asumir nuevos retos al utilizar los recursos didácticos como medio entre el conocimiento y el estudiante, sin olvidar que es necesario invertir en educación, ciencia y tecnología para tener una población capaz de mejorar la sociedad en las que se desenvuelve. | Descripción : | Education is a fundamental part of each person, therefore a society seeks to achieve its development, be competitive and sustainable, this has been demonstrated throughout history, and especially in recent years, when it has been seen As new teaching-learning methods arise, the importance of this research is based on determining the influence of didactic resources in the teaching-learning of addition and subtraction in the students of the elementary sublevel of the "González Suarez" rural school in the Chuquiribamba parish academic period 2021 - 2022, in the development of the investigative work it was necessary to use methods and instruments that allowed the development of all aspects related to the formulated objectives. The methods that served as support are the inductive method, analytical - synthetic, and the quantitative approach. The instrument that was used was the survey that was carried out to 15 teachers of the school, which allowed to obtain a quick and clear analysis of the importance that the implementation of didactic resources in education maintains. It was possible to identify the strategies used by the teachers of the campus to be able to achieve the development of critical thinking in the students. Therefore, it is concluded that, for there to be true meaningful learning and comprehensive training, the student needs to be stimulated, and it is important that the teacher is constantly trained and predisposed to take on new challenges when using teaching resources as a means between knowledge and learning. student, without forgetting that it is necessary to invest in education, science and technology to have a population capable of improving the society in which it operates.
