| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de tesis denominado “EL INFOCENTRO COMUNITARIO Y SU INCIDENCIA EN LOS ESTUDIANTES DEL NIVEL BÁSICO SUPERIOR Y BACHILLERATO DE LA PARROQUIA TAQUIL PERIODO 2017”, se realizó considerando cada fase del proceso investigativo, dando cumplimiento a lo dispuesto con el Reglamento de Régimen Académico de la Universidad Nacional de Loja y a los lineamientos para la presentación del Informe Final de Tesis de la Carrera de Administración Publica. La investigación tiene como propósito Determinar la incidencia del infocentro comunitario en los estudiantes de nivel básico superior y de bachillerato de la unidad educativa “Guillermo Herrera Sánchez” perteneciente a la parroquia rural Taquil del cantón Loja. Para lo cual, se parte de la consecución de los objetivos específicos que consisten en: Determinar las necesidades tecnológicas satisfechas de los estudiantes pertenecientes al nivel básico superior y bachillerato de la unidad educativa “Guillermo Herrera Sánchez” mediante el uso del infocentro comunitario y finalmente diagnosticar el acceso a las tecnologías de la información y comunicación de los estudiantes de la parroquia Taquil a través de la implementación del infocentro comunitario. De este modo a través de encuestas y entrevistas que permitieron obtener información relevante que mediante un análisis profundo, permitió determinar la incidencia del infocentro en los estudiantes. Tomando en consideración como base metodológica la comparación entre la disminución de la brecha digital en las zonas rurales desde la integración de los infocentros comunitarios, lo cual permitió conocer la realidad de los estudiantes del sector en cuanto al acceso a estos espacios comunitarios de participación y desarrollo.El desarrollo de la discusión y posterior presentación de conclusiones y recomendaciones del presente trabajo, se realizó considerando las normativas legales que rigen el acceso universal a las tecnologías de información y comunicación en el uso universal de las Tics con la finalidad de reducir la brecha digital en la ciudadanía, para fomentar la innovación, el emprendimiento y el desarrollo. | Descripción : | This thesis work called "THE COMMUNITY INFOCENTRO AND ITS INCIDENCE IN STUDENTS OF THE BASIC LEVEL AND HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL OF THE PARQUQUIA TAQUIL PERIOD 2017", was carried out considering each phase of the investigative process, in compliance with the provisions of the Academic Regulations of the National University of Loja and the guidelines for the presentation of the Final Thesis Report of the Public Administration Career. The purpose of the investigation is to determine the incidence of the community infocenter in the students of the basic and upper secondary levels of the educational unit "Guillermo Herrera Sánchez", belonging to the rural parish of Taquile of the Loja canton. For which, it is part of the achievement of the specific objectives that consist of: Determine the technological needs met of the students belonging to the upper and upper secondary level of the educational unit "Guillermo Herrera Sánchez" by using the community infocenter and finally Diagnose access to the information and communication technologies of the students of the Taquil parish through the implementation of the community infocenter. In this way through surveys and interviews that allowed obtaining relevant information that through an in-depth analysis, allowed to determine the incidence of the infocenter in the students. Taking into account as a methodological basis the comparison between the reduction of the digital divide in rural areas since the integration of community infocenters, which allowed knowing the reality of the students of the sector in terms of access to these community spaces of participation and development. [5] The development of the discussion and subsequent presentation of conclusions and recommendations of this work, was made considering the legal regulations that govern universal access to information and communication technologies in the universal use of Tics in order to reduce the digital divide in citizenship, to encourage innovation, entrepreneurship and development. As a final part of the investigation and based on the results, the conclusions and recommendations are developed. |
