| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de tesis denominado “Modelo del Sistema de Educación Intercultural Bilingüe (MOSEIB) y su aplicación en los Centros Educativos Comunitarios Interculturales Bilingües de Educación General Básica y Bachillerato del cantón Saraguro. Periodo 2017” Cuyo propósito fue determinar el nivel de aplicación del Modelo del Sistema de Educación Intercultural Bilingüe (MOSEIB) en los Centros Educativos Comunitarios Interculturales Bilingües de Educación General Básica y Bachillerato del cantón Saraguro, primeramente se determinó el nivel de cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados en el MOSEIB, con un nivel de cumplimiento medio en un 53,35%, según los resultados de las encuestas y entrevistas; luego se elaboró un diagnóstico general de la aplicación de éste Modelo en los Centros de Educación Comunitaria Intercultural Bilingüe CECIBs1 de las parroquias rurales y urbanas, se evidenció que hay desigualdad en cuanto a la dotación de servicios ya que hay menos apoyo a los CECIBs del sector rural; y por último se estableció estrategias de mejoras al MOSEIB. Se empezó construyendo la parte teórica y respaldo legal del tema, luego se planteó la construcción de materiales y métodos que sirvieron para recabar información de campo y lograr dar cumplimiento a los objetivos del tema estudiado, se construyó cada uno de los objetivos; en general se estableció que el MOSEIB tiene falencias y puntos que debe mejorar, también se llegó a la conclusión que en gran parte el problema de pérdida de identidad cultural y del lenguaje es por el desinterés de los padres de familia o representantes, por lo que todos los miembros del sistema educativo intercultural bilingüe deben trabajar por mantener y rescatar su cultura y su lengua. |
| Descripción : | The present thesis work called “Model of the Bilingual Intercultural Education System (MOSEIB) and its Application in Bilingual Intercultural Community Education Centers of Basic General Education and Baccalaureate of Saraguro Cantón. Period 2017”, and the purpose of the research work was to determine the level of application of the Bilingual Intercultural Education System Model (MOSEIB) in the Bilingual Intercultural Community Educational Centers of Basic and Secondary Education of the Saraguro canton, firstly the level of compliance of the objectives set out in the MOSEIB, with an average compliance level of 53.35%, according to the results of the surveys and interviews; then a general diagnosis of the application of this Model was developed in the CECIBs Intercultural Bilingual Community Education Centers of the rural and urban parishes, it was evidenced that there is inequality in the provision of services since there is less support for the CECIBs of the sector rural; and finally, strategies for improvements to the MOSEIB were established. It began by building the theoretical and legal support of the subject, then the construction of materials and methods that served to gather field information and achieve compliance with the objectives of the subject studied, each of the objectives was built; In general, it was established that the MOSEIB has shortcomings and points that must be improved, it was also concluded that in large part the problem of loss of cultural identity and language is due to the lack of interest of the parents or representatives, which is why all members of the intercultural bilingual education system must work to maintain and rescue their culture and language. |
