| Resumen : | La presente investigación versa sobre la motivación como estrategia para trabajar conductas disruptivas en estudiantes del octavo “C”, escuela 18 de noviembre, sección vespertina, Loja. 2016-2017; tuvo como objetivo general, implementar la motivación como estrategia para trabajar conductas disruptivas en estudiantes del octavo “C”, escuela 18 de noviembre, sección vespertina; el tipo de estudio fue pre experimental, transversal, descriptivo y de campo; así mismo se utilizó los métodos inductivo, descriptivo, analítico sintético y estadístico; las técnicas utilizadas fueron la observación directa y la encuesta. La población estuvo conformada por 29 estudiantes y 4 docentes de la escuela “18 de Noviembre”; se aplicó talleres para dar solución a la problemática presentada en la investigación, donde luego del análisis e interpretación de los datos empíricos se obtuvo como resultado que los docentes no aplican la motivación como estrategia para trabajar conductas disruptivas. Se concluye que mediante la aplicación de los talleres pedagógicos, se logró disminuir la problemática basada en conductas disruptivas presentada en los estudiantes del octavo C, además se logró sensibilizar y concientizar a los docentes sobre la importancia de utilizar la motivación como estrategia dentro del proceso de enseñanza, para lo cual se recomienda a los mismos que al momento de realizar cualquier actividad académica se emplee a la motivación como base del proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje. |

The population consisted of 29 students and 4 teachers from the "18 de Noviembre" school; Workshops were applied to solve the problem presented in the research, where after analysis and interpretation of the empirical data was obtained as a result that teachers do not apply motivation as a strategy to work disruptive behavior. It was concluded that through the application of the pedagogical workshops, it was possible to reduce the problem based on disruptive behaviors presented in the students of the eighth C, in addition it was possible to raise awareness and make teachers aware of the importance of using motivation as a strategy within the process of Teaching, for which it is recommended to them that at the time of performing any academic activity is used to motivation as the basis of the teaching-learning process. |
