| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de investigación se lo realizó en el Cantón Quilanga perteneciente a la provincia de Loja tomando como base el siguiente problema: ¿CÓMO DISEÑAR PROGRAMAS RADIALES MUNICIPALES PARA LA DEFENSA Y CONSERVACIÓN DEL MEDIO AMBIENTE DEL CANTÓN QUILANGA? el mismo fue seleccionado dada la importancia que representa en el cantón. Los métodos utilizados para el desarrollo de la investigación fueron: el científico, el analítico sintético, el inductivo, el deductivo y el bibliográfico. Para recopilar la información se aplicó encuestas a cien informantes de calidad, que permitió la obtención de la información necesaria para la investigación de campo. De las respuestas obtenidas se pudo concluir que: Todos los investigados (100%), consideran que es de vital importancia el fortalecimiento del cuidado ambiental en esta localidad, puesto que en su mayoría no tiene un aprendizaje amplio sobre este tema, y por ende no pueden aplicar acciones específicas que contribuyan a proteger el medio ambiente. De acuerdo a los criterios dados en la entrevista efectuada al Alcalde del cantón Quilanga, se determinó que no existen programas orientados a educar a los pobladores. Las recomendaciones, buscan que el Municipio a través de convenios promueva el diseño y ejecución de programas radiales, destinados a la trasmisión de temas relacionados con el medio ambiente. Finalmente se propone la difusión del programa radial “cuidemos nuestro ambiente” el mismo que con seguridad contribuirá a elevar el conocimiento y por ende el cuidado del medio ambiente en el referido cantón. |

The recommendations seek the Municipality through agreements promote the design and implementation of radio programs intended for the transmission of issues related to the environment. Finally the dissemination of the radio program is to "take care of our environment," the same as surely contribute to raise awareness and thus the protection of the environment in the aforementioned canton. |
