| Resumen : | La presente tesis hace referencia a “Los condicionamientos físico-técnico y metodológicos para administrar la iniciación deportiva y la identificación de talentos para el baloncesto en las escuelas del nivel de educación básica (4º, 5º y 6º años) y la liga deportiva cantonal de Chinchipe, parroquia zumba, provincia de Zamora Chinchipe; periodo 2011-2012”, tomado como referencia la enseñanza de los procesos técnicos metodológicos durante la etapa escolar la práctica deportiva debe tener una orientación evidentemente educativa, y por otro profundizar en aquellos elementos que van a intervenir en su enseñanza como el tipo de deporte que practicamos, la técnica de enseñanza a utilizar. El deportista debe pasar por un completo proceso de determinación, detección, identificación, desarrollo y selección, como veremos más adelante. Los objetivos que guiaron la investigación se enuncian de la siguiente manera: Determinar el condicionamiento físico técnico y metodológico que intervienen en la planificación, organización y administración (condicionamientos) de la iniciación deportiva y la identificación de talentos para el baloncesto del nivel de educación básica; como objetivos específicos: Contribuir desde la planificación a la organización de las escuelas de iniciación deportiva de baloncesto con los niños y niñas de las instituciones educativas del nivel de educación básica en el marco del convenio interinstitucional; y, determinar el nivel de incidencia del proceso técnico metodológico (administración) para propiciar la identificación de los talentos para baloncesto en las escuelas del nivel de educación básica y liga deportiva cantonal de Chinchipe, del mencionado año de escolaridad. Para ello se utilizó técnicas de investigación tales como: recolección de la información; tratamiento y análisis estadísticos de los datos la metodología utilizada fue Método empírico; permitió llegar a los hechos concretos de iniciación deportiva para descubrir si en los establecimientos es posible planificar organizar y administrar la iniciación deportiva, Método Hipotético deductivo; se utilizó para realizar la contrastación de los elementos científicos con las realidades investigadas y el Método analítico; permitió la socialización de los procesos que implica administrar la iniciación deportiva, finalmente nos permitió llegar a las posibles conclusiones y recomendaciones con el único fin mejorar la enseñanza de procesos técnicos metodológicos para poder determinar, detectar, identificar, desarrollar y seleccionar talentos en la baloncesto. |
| Descripción : | This thesis refers to "The constraints physical-technical and methodological to manage the sports initiation and the identification of talents for basketball in the schools of the basic education level (4th, 5th and 6th years) and the Liga Deportiva cantonal Chinchipe, parish Zumba, Zamora Chinchipe province; period 2011-2012 ", taken as a reference the teaching of technical processes during the stage methodological school sports practice must have a clearly educational guidance, and by another deepen in those elements that are going to intervene in his teaching and the type of sport that we practice, the teaching technique to use. The athlete must go through a comprehensive process of identification, detection, identification, development and selection, as we shall see later. The objectives that have guided the research are set forth in the following way: to determine the physical conditioning technical and methodological that involved in the planning, organization and administration (constraints) of the sport and the identification of talents for the basketball of the level of basic education; as specific objectives: Help from planning to the organization of the initiation schools sport of basketball with the boys and girls of the educational institutions in the level of basic education in the framework of the interinstitutional agreement; and determine the level of incidence of the technical process methodology (administration) to facilitate the identification of the talents for basketball in the schools of the level of basic education in the framework of the interinstitutional agreement; and determine the level of incidence of the technical process methodology (administration) to facilitate the identification of the talents for basketball in the schools of the level of basic education and cantonal sports league of Chinchipe, the mentioned year of schooling. For this purpose we used investigative techniques such as: collection of the information; treatment and statistical analysis of the data the methodology used was empirical method; allowed to reach the concrete facts of sports initiation to discover if in stores, it is possible to plan organize and manage the sports initiation, hypothetical deductive method; was used to make the comparison of the scientific elements with the realities Investigated and the analytical method; it allowed the socialization of the processes involved managing the sports initiation, finally enabled us to achieve the possible conclusions and recommendations with the sole aim of improving the teaching of technical processes in order to be able to identify methodological, detect, identify, develop and select talents on the basketball. |
