| Resumen : | El Plan de Desarrollo y Ordenamiento Territorial de Gualel, es un documento donde se refleja la realidad en que se desarrolla la Parroquia. Ha surgido por la necesidad de realizar el diagnóstico de la situación actual en la que está el territorio, descubrir sus problemas, potencialidades y plantear las soluciones en el marco del conocimiento de la problemática de la Parroquia. Para la elaboración de este Plan se ha contado con el apoyo de los diferentes actores sociales e instituciones, que brindaron la información pertinente para su correcta elaboración. Finalmente los proyectos planteados no son más que las necesidades establecidas por la misma población y en base al diagnóstico realizado, los mismos que están encaminados a cumplir con los objetivos del Plan Nacional de Buen Vivir y de esta manera mejorar la calidad de vida de la Población de Gualel. |
| Descripción : | The Plan of Development and Territorial Classification of Gualel are a document where he/she is reflected the reality in that the Parish is developed. It arises with the necessity of carrying out the diagnosis of the current situation in which the territory is, to discover the problems, potentialities and to outline the solutions in the mark of the knowledge of the problem of the Parish. For the elaboration of this Plan it is necessary to have the support of the social different actors and institutions that offer the pertinent information for their correct elaboration. Finally the outlined projects are not more than the necessities settled down by the same population to fulfill the objectives of the National Plan of Good to Live and this way to improve the quality of life of the Population of Gualel. |
