| Resumen : | La Comunidad Gera pertenece a la parroquia rural Saraguro, la cual se encuentra ubicada a 15 km del norte de la cabecera cantonal, posee un clima templado frio, el posicionamiento territorial de esta parroquia lo hace muy característico ya que se puede observar en todo su alrededor un gran paisaje natural y una gran variedad de atractivos naturales y culturales. La variedad de atractivos lo convierte en un lugar muy concurrido por turistas de todas partes, constituyéndose como un verdadero paisaje, bajo esta perspectiva, el presente estudio tiene como objetivo principal elaborar una propuesta de senderización y señalética para los atractivos: “Cerro Pucara y Comunidad Gera”, de la parroquia Saraguro de la provincia de Loja, la idea es dotar de un sistema de señales con información básica, para facilitar el recorrido de los turistas, y contribuir al desarrollo turístico del sector. La presente investigación estuvo vinculada a alcanzar la conservación y protección, mediante el uso sostenible de los atractivos que además servirá también para un mejor aprovechamiento de los atractivos turísticos; para ello fue necesario plantear tres objetivos específicos; Realizar un diagnóstico general de la situación actual de la parroquia Saraguro; Proponer la Senderización y Señalética de los atractivos Cerro Pucara y Comunidad Gera y Socializar la propuesta de senderización y señalética de los atractivos Cerro Pucara y Comunidad Gera a las autoridades pertinentes. La metodología utilizada fue a través de diferentes métodos y técnicas; en el primer objetivo se utilizaron los métodos bibliográfico, analítico y sintético, no obstante se complementó con la ayuda de técnicas como la observación directa, la misma que consistió en realizar un sondeo rápido del lugar, también se realizó la adaptación de la matriz de caracterización turística de Carla Ricaurte ajustándola a la realidad de la parroquia; se utilizaron las fichas de inventario de atractivos del MINTUR, las cuales fueron actualizadas en su totalidad, logrando identificar cinco nuevos sitios turísticos de jerarquía I y II; también se elaboró la Matriz FODA, para tomar decisiones estratégicas en cuanto al sendero. En el segundo objetivo se utilizó los métodos inductivo y deductivo; además se hizo uso del GPS, el cual permitió recoger los puntos y coordenadas exactas para el diseño de un mapa geográfico situacional de los atractivos turísticos; para determinar la capacidad de carga se utilizó la metodología de Miguel Cifuentes; y en cuanto a la señalética se utilizó estrictamente el manual de señalética turística del MINTUR. |
| Descripción : | The Gera Community belongs to the rural parish Saraguro, which is located 15 km north of the cantonal head, has a mild climate cold, the territorial positioning of this parish makes it very characteristic as can be seen from all around a great natural scenery and a variety of natural and cultural attractions The variety of attractions makes it a popular place for tourists from everywhere, becoming real landscape, in this perspective, the present study has as main objective to develop a proposal senderización and signage for attractions Cerro Pucara and Gera Community Saraguro parish in the province of Loja, the idea is to provide a signaling system with basic information to facilitate the travel of tourists and contribute to tourism development in the sector This research was linked to achieving conservation and protection through sustainable use of the attractions, in addition to conservation it will also serve to make better use of the tourist attractions; It was necessary to raise three specific objectives; Conduct a comprehensive diagnosis of the current situation of the Saraguro parish; Propose Senderización and Señalética attraction Cerro Pucara and Community Gera and Socialize the proposal senderización and signposting of the attractions Cerro Pucara and Community Gera to the relevant authorities. The methodology used was through different methods and techniques; the literature, analytical and synthetic methods used in the first objective; however it was supplemented with the help of techniques such as direct observation that it was to conduct a quick survey, the adaptation of the matrix tourist characterization of Carla Ricaurte adjusting to the reality of the parish was also performed; was also used inventory sheets attractive MINTUR, which were updated succeeded in identifying five new tourist sites hierarchy I and II, and the SWOT matrix. Methods , inductive and deductive was used in the second objective ; also made use of GPS , which allowed collecting points and accurate for the design of a situational geographical map coordinates attractions ; to determine the load capacity Miguel Cifuentes methodology was used ; and as for the signage tourist signage manual MINTUR was strictly used . Finally, regarding the third objective MARPP technique consisted of a participatory workshop where stakeholders interacted in the socialization of the proposal senderización and signage was used.5 As a result it was possible to make a diagnosis of the current situation of the Saraguro parish, in which it was known the location, boundaries, climate, flora, fauna, social and economic aspects, also infrastructure and attractions that have, allowing to have a knowledge broader about the study area. Likewise, the proposal senderización and signage for the trail Pucara leaving the proposal was made fourteen signals between informational, directional and totems properly located at strategic points of the path, based on the standards of environmental sustainability. After the work was completed, the attractions are neglected as much as by the authorities of the parish and its inhabitants, causing no income to the community generated, on the other hand, have also been harmed attractions negatively by not applying standards of sustainability and social responsibility which causes a deterioration in the same over the years. Among the recommendations were raised, are aimed primarily at parochial GAD Saraguro, it was stated that projects that are strictly related to the tourism sector is performed, since the parish through its attractions has a wealth that can be exploited in a responsibly. |
