| Resumen : | El trabajo de tesis titulado: “ORGANIZACIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA Y CONTABLE DE LA GRANJA AGROPECUARIA “INAGROSA” CRÍA DE GANADO PORCINO DE LA PARROQUIA CHACRAS DEL CANTÓN ARENILLAS DE LA PROVINCIA DE EL ORO, PERIODO ENERO A JUNIO DE 2014”, servirá como instrumento contable para aquellos propietarios de granjas dedicados a la cría de ganado porcino, con la finalidad de determinar si están trabajando con utilidad o pérdida en un periodo determinado, la cual se realiza en base a las normas generales de Contabilidad, su propósito es conocer ampliamente todo el proceso necesario para la contabilización de los costos Agropecuarios, tema de gran importancia, por cuanto la Contabilidad Agropecuaria recoge, registra y reporta la información relacionada con el manejo adecuado de los tres elementos del costo: materiales e insumos, mano de obra y costos comunes de explotación y consecuentemente la determinación de costos unitarios. Se dió cumplimiento a los objetivos propuestos en el proyecto, los mismos que se orientaron a la Implantación de un Sistema Contable Agropecuario que ayude a determinar los costos de explotación. La metodología aplicada para la implementación del sistema de contabilidad agropecuario, inicia con una entrevista dirigida al propietario de la Granja y de esta manera diagnosticar la situación de la misma, posteriormente se 3 realizó la recopilación de documentación soporte que se utilizó para redactar el flujo de operaciones y estas a su vez registradas en el libro diario hasta llegar a los estados financieros, donde se conoció las fortalezas y debilidades de la entidad. Al aplicar la Contabilidad Agropecuaria, permitió una adecuada administración de los tres elementos del costo mejorando el proceso productivo, determinando costos reales, totales y unitarios de sus productos. Ante estos resultados se recomienda al Gerente de la Granja, aplicar y mantener el presente Sistema de Contabilidad Agropecuaria, como principal alternativa para mejorar los procesos productivos, lo que permitirá la fijación de precios para que el producto se le asigne una utilidad, dentro del margen que permita una adecuada comercialización y este goce de mayor demanda. |
| Descripción : | The thesis entitled "ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION AND ACCOUNTING FARM AGRICULTURAL" INAGROSA "BREEDING PIGS OF FARMS PARISH OF CANTON ARENILLAS OF THE PROVINCE OF GOLD, PERIOD JANUARY TO JUNE 2014" will serve as an accounting tool for those farm owners engaged in pig farming, in order to determine if they are working with profit or loss in a given period, which is done based on the general rules of accounting, its purpose is widely known around the necessary process for accounting for Agricultural costs, major issue, as the Agricultural Accounting collects, records and reports related information in the proper handling of the three elements of cost: materials and supplies, labor and operating costs common and consequently the determination of unit costs. Compliance was given to the objectives proposed in the project, the same that guided the Implementation of an Agricultural Accounting System to help determine operating costs. The methodology used for the implementation of agricultural accounting system, begins with an interview for the owner of the farm and thus diagnose the situation of it, then the collection of supporting documentation that was used to compose the flow of operations performed and you are in turn recorded in the journal up to the financial statements, where the strengths and weaknesses of the 5 organization are met. Applying the Agricultural Accounting, allowed the proper administration of the three elements of cost by improving the production process, determining actual, total and unit costs of their products. Given these results it is recommended that the Manager of the Farm, implement and maintain this Farming System Accounting as the main alternative to improve production processes, enabling pricing for the product is assigned a value within the range permitting adequate marketing and enjoyment of this increased demand. |
