| Resumen : | El proyecto a implementar es: “PROYECTO DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UNA EMPRESA COMERCIALIZADORA DE COMIDA PARA MASCOTA (PRO-CAN) EN EL SECTOR DE POMASQUI AL NORTE DE LA CIUDAD DE QUITO”, el mismo que contribuya al desarrollo de la ciudad. Para determinar la factibilidad del proyecto se cumplió con los objetivos propuestos como primer objetivo se describe el estudio de mercado mediante la investigación de campo, utilizando técnicas de investigación científica como: bibliográficas, observación, encuestas y entrevistas, las mismas que permitieron obtener información fidedigna relacionada con la demanda y la oferta, lo que permitió determinar la demanda insatisfecha de 574108 kg. de balanceado en el año de estudio. En el estudio técnico se determina el tamaño de la empresa que tendrá una capacidad instalada de 194400 kg. de balanceado que equivale a 6480 fundas de 30 kilogramos. la empresa estará ubicada en el Sector de Pomasqui al norte de la ciudad de quito, en las calles José Enríquez Guerrero y República. La organización jurídica y administrativa se realizó aplicando los principios jurídicos que demanda la ley, y se determinó el manual de funciones para cada uno de los puestos de trabajo existentes en la empresa, así mismo se realizó la razón social como empresa de compañía limitada “My Mascot Cía. Ltda”; la misma que al ejecutar el proyecto aportara con 3 puestos de trabajo en el mercado laboral. Para la implementación del proyecto se requiere una inversión de $ 20.930,46 dólares, el 42,67% estará financiado por capital propio de la empresa y el 57,33% restante que equivale a 12.000,00 dólares se solicitara un crédito al Banco Nacional de Fomento con una tasa de interés del 11,20%. El costo total para el primer año será de 205157,57y el costo unitario de 39,58 dólares. El precio de venta al público será de 43,54 con una utilidad del 10%; la misma que permitirá tener un ingreso por ventas de 225700,99con una utilidad liquida de 12939,28dólares. También se plantea la evaluación financiera con el objeto de conocer cuan factible es el proyecto, donde se calcula el Valor Actual Neto (VAN) que asciende a $74650,47la Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) 67,99% mayor a la tasa de oportunidad; la relación Beneficio Costo (RB /C)es de $1.10, el Periodo de Recuperación de Capital (PR/C) se logra en 1 años, 9 meses y 26 días, el análisis de sensibilidad se evidencia que el proyecto permite un incremento del 6,88% en los costos y un 6,22% de disminución en los ingresos. Concluyendo de esta manera que el proyecto es factible ya que los indicadores de la evaluación financiera a si lo demuestran |

In the technical study the size of the company is determined that will have an installed capacity of 194400 kg. of having balanced that it is equal to 6480 cases of 30 kilograms. the company will be located in the Sector from Pomasqui to the north of the city of I remove, in the streets José Enríquez Guerrero and Republic. The artificial and administrative organization was carried out applying the juridical principles that it demands the law, and the manual of functions was determined for each one of the existent work positions in the company, likewise he/she was carried out the social reason as company of limited company "My Mascot Cia.. Ltda"; the same one that contributed with 3 work positions in the labor market when executing the project.
