| Resumen : | La Hipertensión Arterial constituye uno de los grandes retos de la medicina moderna, es una enfermedad que afecta eminentemente a todas las sociedades siendo extraordinariamente prevalente. Es por ello que al manifestar estos antecedentes se realiza el estudio del tema: “PREVALENCIA DE LA HIPERTENCION ARTERIAL Y SU RELACION CON LOS FACTORES SOCIO- CULTURALES DE LOS PACIENTES QUE SON ATENDIDOS EN EL AREA DE CONSULTA EXTERNA DEL HOSPITAL UNIVERSITARIO DE MOTUPE EN EL PERIODO COMPRENDIDO DE MARZO 2008-MARZO2009,” teniendo como objetivo principal determinar la prevalencia de dicha patología y los objetivos específicos: Investigar los niveles de presión arterial según el sexo y la edad de los pacientes hipertensos, conocer los factores de riesgo mas frecuentes que conllevan a la aparición de la Hipertensión Arterial y ejecutar un plan de intervención en el cual fomentamos la educación y el auto cuidado en los pacientes hipertensos que son atendidos en dicha casa de salud. Se realizo un estudio de tipo descriptivo, teniendo como muestra 40 pacientes hipertensos independientemente del sexo, edad y raza, obteniendo como resultado una muestra significativa de la prevalecía de Hipertensión en ambos sexos, determinando que los factores mas relevantes que contribuyen a la aparición de la HTA son. La edad, el consumo de alcohol y cigarrillo, el estrés, la ingesta excesiva de sal, todos estos factores sumados a los antecedentes familiares contribuyen a la aparición de dicha patología. |
| Descripción : | The arterial hypertension constitutes one of the big challenges of the modern medicine; it is an illness that affects to all the societies eminently being extraordinarily prevalent. It is in and of itself that when manifesting these records he/she is carried out the study of the topic: “PREVALENCIA OF THE ARTERIAL HIPERTENCION AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE FACTORS PARTNER - CULTURAL OF THE PATIENTS THAT ARE ASSISTED IN THE AREA OF IT CONSULTS EXTERNAL OF THE UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL DE MOTUPE IN THE UNDERSTOOD PERIOD OF MARCH 2008-MARZO2009,” having as main objective to determine the prevalence of this pathology and the specific objectives: to Investigate the arterial pressure levels according to the gender and the age of the patient hypertensions, to know the factors of risk but you frequent that bear to the appearance of the Arterial Hypertension and to execute an intervention plan in which we foment the education and the car taken care in the patient hypertensions that are assisted at this home of health. One carries out a study of descriptive type, having like sample 40 patient hypertensions independently of the sex, age and race, obtaining a significant sample as a result of it prevailed her of Hypertension in both sexes, determining that the factors but outstanding that contribute to the appearance of the HTA they are. The age, the consumption of alcohol and cigarette, the stress, the excessive ingest of salt, all these factors added to the family records contribute to the appearance of this pathology. |
