| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de tesis denominado “PLAN ESTRATÉGICO PARA LA COOPERATIVA DE TRANSPORTE CENTRAL CATAMAYO EXPRESS, PERÍODO 2018-2023”, se llevó a cabo en el cantón Catamayo, con el fin de dar respuesta al objetivo principal que es “Elaborar un plan que permita una correcta planificación y mitigación de los problemas existentes en la cooperativa. Para ello es importante resolver la problemática actual, que es la falta de una correcta planificación estratégica administrativa y operativa, la escasa difusión y mejoramiento de su servicio; todo ello limita que opere de manera eficaz y eficiente en un mercado muy competitivo y desleal por la informalidad existente. Para la realización de este fue necesario la participación de los socios, los administradores y empleados, además de vincular a los usuarios que son la razón de ser de la cooperativa, para ello fue importante tomar en cuenta materiales y métodos en la cual se pudo plasmar y analizar la información necesaria para el desarrollo del trabajo; además se utilizó encuestas y entrevista las mismas que permitieron recabar la información necesaria para la investigación. Otro aspecto importante que sirvió para el desarrollo del estudio fue el uso de las matrices EFI (Factores Internos), EFE (Factores Externos) y (FODA) estableciendo así las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas, y de acuerdo a ello se propuso realizar un análisis para fortalecer aquellas debilidades y amenazas que permitan el desarrollo para la cooperativa. De acuerdo al estudio y en base a los resultados obtenidos se puede concluir que la Cooperativa de Transporte Catamayo se encuentra en un déficit de coordinación y planificación tanto en recursos humanos como en la organización de presupuesto así como el respectivo financiamiento que la empresa requiere para cumplir sus metas; por tal razón, se propone el planteamiento de un plan estratégico, el cual servirá para mejorar su estructura organizativa a través de una planificación adecuada y formal de sus actividades. |
| Descripción : | The present thesis work entitled "STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE CENTRAL TRANSPORTATION COOPERATIVE CATAMAYO EXPRESS, PERIOD 2018-2023" was carried out in the canton Catamayo, with the purpose of responding to the main objective that is "To elaborate a plan that allows a correct planning and mitigation of existing problems in the cooperative. For this, it is important to solve the current problem, which is the lack of a correct administrative and operational strategic planning, the scarce diffusion and improvement of its service; all this limits that it operates efficiently and effectively in a very competitive and unfair market due to the existing informality. For the realization of this was necessary the participation of partners, administrators and employees, in addition to linking users who are the raison d'être of the cooperative, for it was important to take into account materials and methods in which it was able to translate and analyze the information necessary for the development of the work; In addition, surveys and interviews were used to gather the necessary information for the investigation. Another important aspect that served for the development of the study was the use of matrices EFI (Internal Factors), EFE (External Factors) and (SWOT) thus establishing the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats, and accordingly it was proposed to perform an analysis to strengthen those weaknesses and threats that allow development for the cooperative. According to the study and based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the Catamayo Transport Cooperative is in a deficit of coordination and planning both in human resources and in the budget organization and the respective financing required by the company to comply goals; For this reason, the proposal of a strategic plan is proposed, which will serve to improve its organizational structure through proper and formal planning of its activities. |
