| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de titulación denominado: “EVALUACIÓN DE LA SITUACIÓN LABORAL DE LOS PROFESIONALES DE LA CARRERA DE INGENIERÍA EN ADMINISTRACIÓN PÚBLICA DE LA UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE LOJA”, consiste en valorar la situación laboral actual de los ex estudiantes profesionalizados en la carrera de Administración Pública, aplicando sus conocimientos de las diferentes instituciones públicas en la región sur del país y a nivel nacional. Se evalúa la situación laboral de estos profesionales, dando cumplimiento al objetivo general que es el de evaluar la situación laboral de los profesionales de la carrera de Ingeniería en Administración Pública de la Universidad Nacional de Loja, el mismo que se logró a través de los objetivos específicos que consisten en: primero determinar el número de profesionales que laboran dentro del sector público, sector privado y emprendimiento propio; segundo, analizar las causas por las cuáles no poseen un trabajo dentro del sector público y finalmente establecer el cargo y funciones en las que se desenvuelven en sus labores. La metodología aplicada en la presente investigación es especifica ya que se utilizó el método deductivo para llegar a cumplir con los objetivos específicos propuestos en dónde se determinó las causas por las que los ex estudiantes profesionalizados en la carrera de Administración Pública de la Universidad Nacional de Loja no poseen aún un cargo laboral, y a su vez se estableció los cargos y funciones en las que se desempeñan dentro del sector en que laboran. El resultado que proyecta la investigación es favorable, debido a que se determina que la mayoría de la población, es decir el 61% trabaja actualmente y que de ese porcentaje considerable el 39% labora en el sector público, en conclusión los profesionales de la carrera de Administración Pública se desempeñan en instituciones adscritas al Estado y de acuerdo a la formación profesional impartida. Es pertinente precisar que, el desarrollo de la presente tesis se la realizó cumpliendo las disposiciones del Reglamento de Régimen Académico de la Universidad Nacional de Loja y de los Lineamientos para la presentación del Informe Final de Tesis de la Carrera de Administración Pública. |
| Descripción : | The present work of titulation denominated: "EVALUATION OF THE LABOR SITUATION OF THE PROFESSIONALS OF THE ENGINEERING CAREER IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF LOJA", it consists of assessing the current employment situation of former professional students in the career of Public Administration, applying their knowledge in different public institutions in the southern region of the country and nationally. The labor situation of these professionals is evaluated, fulfilling the general objective that is to evaluate the employment situation of the professionals of the Engineering in Public Administration of the National University of Loja, the same that was achieved through the objectives specific that consist of: first determine the number of professionals working within the public sector, private sector and own entrepreneurship; second, analyze the causes why they do not have a job within the public sector and finally establish the position and functions in which they develop in their work. The methodology applied in the present investigation is specific since the deductive method was used to achieve the specific objectives proposed where the causes were determined by which the former students professionalized in the career of Public Administration of the National University of Loja they do not yet have a job position, and in turn they established the positions and functions in which they work in the sector in which they work. 5 The result projected by the research is favorable, because it is determined that the majority of the population, 61% currently working and that 39% of that considerable percentage work in the public sector, in conclusion the professionals of the race of Public Administration works in institutions attached to the State and according to the professional training imparted. It is pertinent to specify that the development of this thesis was carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Academic Regulations of the National University of Loja and the Guidelines for the presentation of the Final Report of the Thesis of the Public Administration. |
