| Resumen : | Los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación sirvieron para que su propietaria disponga de información contable, que puso de manifiesto las fortalezas y debilidades de la empresa, de tal manera que pudo adoptar medidas correctivas para el desarrollo normal y el engrandecimiento empresarial. Además, se da cumplimiento al requisito indispensable para la obtención del Título de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría, Contador Público Auditor. El Proceso Contable aplicado a la Ferretería, permitió alcanzar los objetivos planteados en un inicio, como son: La determinación del patrimonio al 01 de enero del presente año, esto se logró mediante la constatación física de los bienes, derechos y obligaciones. Se diseñó el Plan de Cuentas tomando como base las necesidades y actividades que realiza la organización empresarial. Posteriormente se registraron las transacciones en el Libro Diario, Mayor General y Balance de Comprobación para presentar los Ajustes y obtener los Estados Financieros que sirvieron para cumplir con el Ciclo contable en cada una de sus etapas. Al finalizar la Tesis se puede concluir que la Implementación de un Sistema Contable resulta de gran importancia para la Ferretería Lima Hnos., porque se ha generado información económica y financiera que permite a la propietaria conocer su situación real para adoptar las medidas correctivas necesarias o aprovechar las fortalezas en beneficio de su desarrollo comercial. |
| Descripción : | The results obtained in this investigation were useful for the owner to have accounting information, which showed the strengths and weaknesses of the company, so that he could adopt corrective measures for normal development and business aggrandizement. In addition, the requisite is met for obtaining the Engineering Degree in Accounting and Auditing, Auditing Public Accountant. The Accounting Process applied to the hardware store, allowed to reach the objectives set out at the beginning, such as: The determination of the assets as of January 1 of this year, this was achieved through the physical verification of assets, rights and obligations. The Chart of Accounts was designed based on the needs and activities of the business organization. Subsequently, transactions were recorded in the Daily Book, General Ledger and Checking Balance to present the Adjustments and obtain the Financial Statements that served to comply with the accounting cycle in each of its stages. At the end of the Thesis, it can be concluded that the Implementation of an Accounting System is of great importance for the Hardware Store Lima Hnos., Because it has generated economic and financial information that allows the owner to know their real situation to take the necessary corrective measures or take advantage the strengths in benefit of its commercial development. |
