| Resumen : | El presente trabajo de tesis denominado “REORGANIZACIÓN DEL SISTEMA CONTABLE AL COMERCIAL AGRÍCOLA CENTRAL DE LA CIUDAD DE CATAMAYO, PERÍODO ABRIL-JUNIO 2016”. Se ejecutó en cumplimiento a lo que determina el reglamento de Régimen Académico de la Universidad Nacional de Loja, previo a la obtención del Título de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría, Contador Público Auditor. Para dar cumplimiento a los objetivos planteados en el proyecto de tesis, se elaboró el plan y manual de cuentas, de acuerdo a la actividad económica que realiza el negocio, el mismo que se utilizó para el desarrollo del proceso contable; se efectuó el inventario inicial de los bienes y valores a través de una constatación física; se ejecutó el proceso contable mediante el Sistema de Cuenta Múltiple desde la recolección de información, hasta la presentación de los Estados Financieros, según lo dispuesto en las Normas Internacionales de Contabilidad, las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera y los Principios de Contabilidad Generalmente Aceptados. El Comercial Agrícola Central, cuenta en la actualidad con un inventario general, un plan y manual de cuentas acorde a las necesidades y actividades efectuadas por el mismo; por ende esto le permitirá mejorar el manejo del área contable y obtener mejores resultados económicos en el futuro. 3 Así mismo se recomienda la adquisición de un software contable de inventarios, que se ajuste a las necesidades y características de la empresa, que permita llevar el control del mismo en forma más sencilla y precisa; puesto que por la extensa cantidad de productos que maneja el Comercial, no sería recomendable hacerlo manualmente. |
| Descripción : | The thesis work entitled "REORGANIZATION OF THE ACCOUNTING SYSTEM TO THE CENTRAL AGRICULTURAL COMMERCIAL OF THE CITY OF CATAMAYO, PERIOD APRIL-JUNE 2016". It was carried out in compliance with what determines the regulations of Academic Regime of the National University of Loja, prior to obtaining the Degree of Engineering in Accounting and Auditing, Auditor Public Accountant. In order to fulfill the objectives set out in the thesis project, the plan and manual of accounts were elaborated, according to the economic activity carried out by the business, the same one that was used for the development of the accounting process; The initial inventory of the goods and values was made through a physical verification; The accounting process was executed through the Multiple Account System from the collection of information up to the presentation of the Financial Statements, according to the provisions of International Accounting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. The Central Agricultural Commercial has at present a general inventory, a plan and manual of accounts according to the needs and activities carried out by the same; Therefore this will allow you better the management of the accounting area and obtain better economic results in the future. 5 Likewise, it is recommended the acquisition of an inventory accounting software, which is adjusted to the needs and characteristics of the company, allowing to control it more simply and accurately; Since for the extensive amount of products that the Commercial manages, it would not be advisable to do it manually. |
