| Resumen : | La tesis titulado “ORGANIZACIÓN CONTABLE A LA SOCIEDAD VITALUM DE LA CIUDAD DE LOJA PERIODO ENERO – ABRIL 2016” se orienta a proponer una organización contable que permita a sus propietarios conocer la situación económica - financiera real de la empresa, y de esta manera tomar las decisiones acertadas y de mejoramiento. Se elaboró un plan y manual de cuentas ajustados a la necesidad y naturaleza de la empresa, se levantó el inventario inicial para obtener el estado de situación inicial, también se diseñó auxiliares como: roles de pago y roles de provisiones sociales, además formatos como: la orden de producción, requisición, informe de recepción de materiales, tarjetas de reloj, tarjetas de tiempo, planillas de trabajo, hojas de costo y kardex. Además se realizó el proceso contable mediante el sistema de costos por órdenes de producción iniciando por el Inventario Inicial, Estado de Situación Inicial, Libro Diario, Libro Mayor, Balance de Comprobación, Hoja de Trabajo y los Estados Financieros que permitieron reflejar la información económica financiera de la empresa. De los resultados obtenidos del trabajo de tesis se determina que al implementar la Organización Contable en la empresa VITALUM se 3 estableció un Sistema de Costos por Órdenes de Producción que permitió el diseño de registros y formatos adecuados para el tratamiento de los elementos del costo: materia prima, mano de obra y los costos indirectos de fabricación principalmente por cuanto este último se lo consideraba como un gasto afectando directamente en la determinación del costo unitario y total de las ventanas fijas, proyectables, y corredizas, puertas corredizas y batientes y demás productos de aluminio y vidrio que fabrica la empresa. |
| Descripción : | The thesis entitled "ACCOUNTING ORGANIZATION TO THE VITALUM SOCIETY OF THE CITY OF SHOP PERIOD JANUARY - APRIL 2016" aims at proposing an accounting organization that allows its owners to know the real economic and financial situation of the company, and in this way take the Decisions and improvement. A plan and manual of accounts adjusted to the need and nature of the company was elaborated, the initial inventory was obtained to obtain the initial state of situation, also it was designed auxiliaries like: payment roles and social provision roles, besides formats like: The order of production, requisition, report of reception of materials, clock cards, time cards, worksheets, sheets of cost and kardex. In addition, the accounting process was carried out using the production cost system, starting with the Initial Inventory, Initial Statement, Daily Book, General Ledger, Check Balance, Worksheet and Financial Statements that allowed the financial economic information Of the company. From the results obtained from the thesis work, it is determined that when implementing the Accounting Organization in the company VITALUM a Cost System for Production Orders was established that allowed the design of records and formats suitable for the treatment of cost elements: raw material, Labor and indirect manufacturing costs mainly because the latter was considered as an expense directly affecting the determination of unit and total cost of fixed, projectable, and sliding windows, sliding doors and windows and other aluminum products And glass that manufactures the company. |
