| Resumen : | La Telefonía IP es una tecnología que permite integrar en una misma red basada en protocolo IP las comunicaciones de voz y datos. Cuando se habla de un sistema de telefonía IP se está hablando de un conjunto de elementos que debidamente integrados permiten suministrar un servicio de telefonía (basado en VoIP). Los elementos básicos que forman este sistema son: la central IP (IP-PBX), el Gateway IP y los diferentes teléfonos IP. Elastix es una aplicación software para crear sistemas de Telefonía IP, que integra las mejores herramientas disponibles para PBX basados en Asterisk en una interfaz simple y fácil de usar. Además añade su propio conjunto de utilidades y permite la creación de módulos de terceros para hacer de este el mejor paquete de software disponible para la telefonía de código abierto. Elastix es una distribución libre de Servidor de Comunicaciones Unificadas que integra en un solo paquete: VoIP PBX, Fax, Mensajería Instantánea, Correo electrónico, Colaboración. La meta de Elastix son la confiabilidad, modularidad y fácil uso. Estas características añadidas a la robustez para reportar hacen de el, la mejor opción para implementar un PBX basado en Asterisk. Elastix implementa gran parte de su funcionalidad sobre cuatro programas de software muy importantes como son Asterisk, Hylafax, Openfire y Postfix. | Descripción : | The Telephony IP is a technology that allows to integrate in oneself net based on protocol IP the voice communications and data.
