| Resumen : | La presente tesis titulada “Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora y comercializadora de vino de membrillo en el cantón El Pangui, provincia de Zamora Chinchipe para el año 2015 está enfocado hacia la sostenibilidad de los pequeños productores de membrillo del cantón El Pangui y la provincia de Zamora . Su objetivo general es determinar la viabilidad comercial para implementar el presente proyecto; considerando que esta fruta tiene una producción masiva en toda la provincia y al momento no existe ninguna empresa en el cantón El Pangui que este dedicado a la industrialización del membrillo. En este sentido y en base al objetivo planteado, se recurrió al uso de métodos de investigación, tales como: el inductivo, deductivo, estadístico y científico. Además de la aplicación de técnicas de investigación como la observación directa y la aplicación de encuestas a una muestra de 355 personas habitantes en el cantón El Pangui. Una vez obtenida la muestra se procedió al estudio de mercado a través de encuestas con lo cual se determinó que existe una demanda efectiva para consumo de vino de membrillo de 67.579 botellas, frente a una oferta de 28.416 botellas de vino de frutas ofertadas en el sector, determinándose así una demanda insatisfecha de 39.163 botellas del mencionado producto. Con estos antecedentes y con la certeza del caso, sustentándose en los claros objetivos empresariales e industriales y ante la escasez de recursos económicos, pero en aras de mejorar los estándares de vida de los pequeños productores de este sector; con el presente trabajo queda demostrado que la ejecución del presente proyecto es prioritario e impostergable. |

With these background and with the appropriate certainty, sustended at the objective entrepreneurial clearings and industrials and in front of the scarcity of financial resources, but for the sake of improving the standards of living of the productive children of this sector; With the present work it is demonstrated agreed that the execution of the present project is priority and un postponable. |
