| Resumen : | La presente tesis denominada: “LA COMUNICACIÓN DE LOS ARBITROS, ENTRENADORES Y JUGADORES DE FÚTBOL, DE LIGA DEPORTIVA UNIVERSITARIA DE LOJA, EN EL CAMPEONATO ECUATORIANO SERIE "A" LINEAMIENTOS PROPOSITIVOS”. Se planteó como problema central: ¿La Comunicación que existe entre los árbitros, entrenadores y jugadores de Fútbol de Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Loja en el Campeonato Ecuatoriano Serie "A” 2015, influye en los resultados? El objetivo general propuesto fue: Determinar los modos o formas de comunicación de los árbitros, entrenadores y jugadores durante el campeonato ecuatoriano de fútbol serie “A” 2015 de Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Loja. Los métodos utilizados fueron: científico, inductivo, deductivo, descriptivo, analítico sintético, modelo estadístico, mismos que permitieron conocer la realidad del problema planteado, obtener la información respectiva, y dar el tratamiento a los contenidos. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron: una encuesta elaborada y dirigida a los árbitros, entrenadores y jugadores de futbol de Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Loja Serie “A” 2015, para determinar qué tipo de comunicación existe durante el campeonato ecuatoriano de fútbol. De la aplicación de las encuestas se concluye que las formas de comunicación entre árbitros, entrenadores y jugadores influye en parte su desempeño al momento de desarrollarse partido. Se comprobó que los encuestados consideran que la buena comunicación facilita el trabajo táctico entre ellos. También se estableció que un porcentaje elevado de la muestra, considera que el objetivo de la comunicación en la cancha es orientar a los jugadores técnicamente, en tanto que un menor porcentaje opinó que el objetivo es la motivación. Finalmente, una vez concluido el proceso de investigación se llega a establecer una PROPUESTA: “TALLER SOBRE LA COMUNICACIÓN COMO EJE ARTICULAR EN LA PREPARACIÓN DE LOS ÁRBITROS, JUGADORES Y ENTRENADORES DE FÚTBOL”, tendiente a fortalecer estratégicamente la comunicación entre árbitros, entrenadores y jugadores de fútbol en el Campeonato Ecuatoriano de Fútbol Serie A. |

He was raised as a central problem: The communication between the referees, coaches and players Football LDU Loja in the Ecuadorian Championship Series "A" 2015, influences the results? The overall objective was proposed: To determine the forms of communication modes or referees, coaches and players during the Ecuadorian soccer championship series "A" LDU Loja. The methods used were scientific, inductive, deductive, descriptive, synthetic analytical, statistical model that allowed them to know the reality of the problem, obtain the relevant information, and provide treatment to content. The techniques used were: an elaborate and directed referees, coaches and soccer players LDU Loja survey Series "A" 2015, to determine what kind of communication there for the Ecuadorian soccer championship. Application survey concludes that the forms of communication between referees, coaches and players influenced in part by their performance when developing game. It was found that respondents believe good communication facilitates the tactical work between them. It was also established that a high percentage of the sample believes that the objective of the communication on the court is to guide players technically, while a smaller percentage said that the goal is motivation. Finally, once the research process concluded you get to set a PROPOSAL: "WORKSHOP ON COMMUNICATION AS AXLE JOINT IN THE PREPARATION OF OFFICIALS, PLAYERS AND COACHES SOCCER" aimed at strategically strengthen communication between referees, coaches and players football in the Ecuadorian Serie A football Championship 2015. |
