| Resumen : | Con el paso de los años, el mundo se ha ido desarrollando de una manera muy rápida en todos los aspectos que la rodean; tal es el caso de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicaciones TIC que día a día han ido creciendo de una manera impresionante, teniendo como principal objetivo el logro de facilitar servicios que en cierto modo era impensable que se pudieran dar en algunos lugares del mundo; entre todos estos desarrollos para los que han contribuido las TIC, encontramos que el aspecto del cuidado de la salud, así como el desarrollo médico es uno de los aspectos con más relevancia e importancia para la humanidad. Con la finalidad de presentar una solución a los problemas de información existentes en los Centros de Salud se desarrolló el “Sistema de Gestión Médica para los Centros de Salud de la Provincia de Loja”, el mismo que se enfoca en los siguientes aspectos Historia Clínica, Administración, Secretaria, Médicos en Hospitalización y Consulta Externa, Enfermería en Hospitalización y Consulta Externa y Laboratorio. El Sistema de Gestión Médica agiliza las consultas de datos personales de Médicos, Enfermeras, Técnicos y Secretaria, Citas Médicas, Estadísticas, Signos vitales del paciente, Evolución y prescripción Médica del paciente, genera reportes de anamnesis, examen físico, resultados y pedidos de exámenes; ofreciendo al usuario una información clara y veraz y de esta manera permite al usuario dar una calidad de atención a los pacientes. |
| Descripción : | With the step of the years, the world has left developing in a very quick way in all the aspects that surround it; such it is the case of the Technologies of the Information and Communications TIC that day by day have gone growing in an impressive way, having as main objective the achievement of facilitating services that it was unthinkable in certain way that they could be given in some places of the world; among all these developments for those that have contributed the TIC, find that the aspect of the care of the health, as well as the medical development is one of the aspects with more relevance and importance for the humanity. With the purpose of presenting a solution to the existent problems of information in the Centers of Health the was developed "System of Medical Administration for the Centers of Health of the County of Loja", the same one that is focused in the following aspects Clinical History, Administration, Secretary, Doctors in Hospitalization and External Consultation, Infirmary in Hospitalization and External Consultation and Laboratory. The System of Medical Administration speeds up the consultations of personal data of Doctors, Nurses, Technicians and Secretary, Medical, Statistical Appointments, the patient's vital Signs, Evolution and the patient's Medical prescription, it generates anamnesis reports, physical exam, results and orders of exams; offering the user a clear and truthful information and this way it allows the user to give a quality of attention to the patients. |
