| Resumen : | El objetivo general para el desarrollo del presente trabajo de tesis fue el de elaborar una planificación estratégica para la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito “PROBIENESTAR LTDA.”, basada en las actividades administrativas y financieras que se generan día a día en esta institución, con el propósito de mejorar la calidad de servicios que ofrece esta entidad, para lo cual se tomaron algunas variables como la de realizar un diagnóstico sobre la actual situación que vive en la Cooperativa, en la que se aplicó la matriz FODA, análisis que permitió determinar las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas que le rodean a esta institución. Se determinó la visión y la misión que debe cumplir la Cooperativa frente a la sociedad en general y se propusieron objetivos, estrategias, políticas de acción e indicadores tendientes a cumplir con el objeto social de la institución. Así mismo se elaboró un plan operativo y el presupuesto, donde se puntualizan las diversas actividades que deben ejecutarse para alcanzar los objetivos propuestos asignándole recursos a cada una de ellas. La presente investigación inicia con la revisión de literatura para la cual fue necesario recopilar información de diferentes fuentes bibliográficas relacionada con la planificación estratégica. El estudio situacional es la temática que dio origen al proceso de la planificación estratégica, en el que se analizan los factores externos que le encierran a la cooperativa así como los factores internos; información que fue recopilada a través de la aplicación de entrevistas a diferentes funcionarios de la institución. La aplicación de encuestas a los socios y directivos permitió conocer la actual situación administrativa y financiera en que se desenvuelve la cooperativa, así como las necesidades y requerimientos de los socios y directivos; resultados que se encuentran puntualizados en el diagnóstico. Con la información recopilada y con el desarrollo de una reunión de trabajo con los directivos, funcionarios y algunos socios se construyó la misión y visión de la cooperativa, así como se plantearon algunos objetivos estratégicos como el de elaborar el plan operativo anual, en el que constan las actividades que debe ejecutar la institución y se detallan los recursos necesarios para que se puedan cumplir estos objetivos. Como conclusión de este trabajo se puede determinar que las operaciones administrativas y financieras que se desarrollan en la cooperativa, no son planificadas previamente por sus directivos ni por el administrador de la misma, tampoco la entidad cuenta con objetivos claros que puedan alcanzarse en un corto o largo plazo. Por otra parte se determinó la falta de reglamentación interna de la entidad la que no ha permitido cumplir a cabalidad con las disposiciones emitidas por los organismos de control de estas instituciones financieras. |
| Descripción : | The general mission for the development of the present thesis work was the one to elaborate a strategic planning for the Cooperative of Saving and Credit “PROBIENESTAR Ltda.”, cradle in the administrative and financial activities that are generated day to day in this institution, in order to improve the quality of services that offers this organization, for which took some variables like the one to make a diagnosis on the present situation that lives in the Cooperative, in which the matrix FODA was applied, analysis that allowed to determine the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats that surround to him to this institution. The vision was determined and the mission that must in front of fulfill the Cooperative the society in general and objectives, strategies, tendientes policies of action and indicators seted out to fulfill the social object of the institution. Also an operative plan was elaborated and the budget, where the diverse activities are emphasized that must be executed to reach the proposed objectives being assigned resources to him to each one of them. The present investigation initiates with the revision of Literature for which it was necessary to compile information of different bibliographical sources related to the strategic planning. The situacional study is thematic that gave origin to the process of the strategic planning, in that analyze the external factors that lock up to the cooperative as well as the internal factors to him; information that was compiled through the application of interviews to different civil employees from the institution. The application of surveys to the partners and directors allowed to know the present and financial situation in which the cooperative develops, as well as the necessities and requirements administrative the partners and directors; results that are detailed in the diagnosis. With the compiled information and the development of a meeting of work with the directors, civil employees and some partners were constructed to the mission and vision of the cooperative, as well as some strategic targets like the one considered to elaborate the annual operative plan, in which the activities consist that must execute the institution and the necessary resources are detailed so that these objectives can be fulfilled. can be determined that the administrative and financial operations that are developed in the cooperative, they are not planned previously by his directors nor by the administrator of the same one, the organization either does not tell on clear objectives that they can be reached in a short or long term. On the other hand the lack of internal regulation of the organization was determined the one that has not allowed to fulfill to cabalidad with the dispositions emitted by the organisms of control of these financial institutions. |
