| Resumen : | La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal contribuir al fortalecimiento del MODELO DE ATENCIÓN INTEGRAL DEL SISTEMA NACIONAL DE SALUD FAMILIAR COMUNITARIO E INTERCULTURAL en el Hospital Universitario de Motupe, aportando con estadísticas y datos que permitirán a los Equipos Básicos de Salud - EAIS (Equipos de Atención Integral de Salud) formular propuestas locales de salud, tendientes a mejorar la calidad de vida de la comunidad de San Vicente Sector II y IV. El universo estuvo constituido por 64 familias y 263 habitantes, la presente investigación es de tipo descriptivo, en el cual se detallan hechos y características relacionadas con la población y su entorno, el instrumento para la recolección de información fue la ficha familiar elaborada por el MSP y un anexo a esta ficha, el formulario de entrevista permitió completar la información, además se analizó los datos, obteniendo resultados que servirán como línea de base. Entre los datos más relevantes destacamos; que el sexo más prevalente es el masculino, el nivel de educación más sobresaliente es el Básico, se encontró 1 Analfabeto el mismo que es jefe de familia, se identificó 1 niño con esquema de inmunización incompleto, en cuanto a escolares y adolescentes se encuentran con buen estado nutricional y la mayoría estudia, en lo que respecta a mujeres con vida sexual activa, el método del ritmo es el más utilizado para la planificación familiar. En cuanto al perfil epidemiológico destacamos que la Hipertensión es la patología crónica que más prevalece afectando a edades comprendidas entre los 20 y 64 años, entre las enfermedades degenerativas encontramos la Leucemia, y lo que respecta a discapacidades se encontró discapacidad intelectual y auditiva. Se respalda la investigación con bibliografía y anexos que contempla el desarrollo de la misma. | Descripción : | The present investigation has as main objective to Contribute the invigoration of the PATTERN OF INTEGRAL ATTENTION OF THE COMMUNITY NATIONAL SYSTEM OF FAMILY HEALTH AND INTERCULTURAL in the University Hospital of Motupe, contributing with statistical and data that will allow to the Basic Teams of Health - EAIS (Teams of Integral Attention of Health) to formulate local proposals of health, spread to improve the quality of life of the community of The San Vicente Sector II and IV. The universe was made up of 64 families and 263 inhabitants, this research is descriptive, in which detailed facts and features related to the population and its environment, the instrument for the collection of information was the family tab elaborated by the MSP and an annex to this tab, interview form allowed complete informationalso analyzed the data, obtaining results that will serve as a baseline. Among the most relevant data are; sex most prevalent is male, most outstanding education level is basic, 1 illiterate was found which is head of the family, identified 1 child with incomplete immunization scheme, insofar as school children and adolescents meet good nutritional status and most studied, in regards to women with sexually activethe rhythm method is most often used for family planning. Regarding the epidemiological profile we highlight that hypertension is the chronic condition that prevails most affecting aged between 20 and 64 years, between degenerative diseases leukemia, and concerning disabilities was intellectual and physical disabilities.
