Resumen : Se estima que el consumo anual de zapatos en Ecuador es de 32 millones de pares y a partir de las medidas arancelarias y restricciones de importaciones existe un déficit de 10 millones de pares; lo que llevó a que se incrementará los costos en el calzado importado. Otro de los problemas es la incursión del mercado chino a nivel mundial que ha alterado las condiciones de comercio en todas las industrias con productos a bajo costo e incluso más bajos que los calzados nacionales. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo diseñar un Plan de Marketing para la Tienda de Calzado J & D de la Ciudad de Loja, con la finalidad de contribuir con el mejoramiento de las ventas y rentabilidad de la empresa. La metodología en la que fue sustentada la presente investigación fue en los métodos científico, deductivo e inductivo; apoyados en técnicas de investigación de campo tales como: observación directa, encuesta, entrevista y recopilación bibliográfica. Para llevar a cabo la investigación de campo, primero se determinó el mercado objetivo y luego el tamaño de la muestra con su respectiva distribución muestral a las 4 parroquias urbanas de la Ciudad de Loja y proceder a realizar el levantamiento de información mediante la aplicación de encuestas, también se desarrolló la entrevista que se aplicó al gerente de la Tienda de Cazado J & D. Los resultados obtenidos después del análisis e interpretación de información son; la tienda lleva 4 años en el mercado y aún no cuenta con local propio, el 68% de la población conoce la tienda, el calzado que más se vende es el casual con el 38% y el lugar donde más compran los calzados es en centros comerciales 48% y en tiendas 18%. Los factores que toman en cuenta al adquirir el calzado es calidad 33% y precio ~ 3 ~ 35%. En la etapa de la discusión se procedió a detallar el diagnóstico situacional mediante las siguientes matrices: la matriz FODA, matriz de evaluación de los factores internos (EFI) y matriz de evaluación de los factores externos (EFE), combinación de la matriz FODA, matriz del perfil competitivo. Seguido de la propuesta con sus respectivos objetivos con sus elementos: presentación, objetivos, resultados esperados, costos y el proceso de seguimiento y evaluación. Finalmente se puede concluir que la elaboración del Plan de Marketing, ayudará a la empresa a obtener un mejor posicionamiento en el mercado, de acuerdo a su sector económico y comercial.
Descripción : It is considered that the annual consumption of shoes in Ecuador is of 32 million of even and starting from the tariff measures and restrictions of imports a deficit of 10 million exists of even; what took to that the costs will be increased in the cared footwear. Another of the problems is the incursion from the Chinese market to world level that has altered the trade conditions in all the industries with products at low cost and even lower than the national footwear’s. The present study has as objective to design a Plan of Marketing for the Store of Footwear J & D of the City of Loja, with the purpose of contributing with the improvement of the sales and profitability of the company. The methodology in which the present investigation was sustained was in the methods scientist, deductive and inductive; supported in technical of such field investigation as: direct observation, interviews, he/she interviews and bibliographical summary. To carry out the field investigation, first the objective market was determined and then the size of the sample with its respective distribution muestral to the 4 urban parishes of the City of Loja and to proceed to carry out the rising of information by means of the application of surveys, the interview was also developed that was applied the manager of the Store of Footwear J & D. The results obtained after the analysis and interpretation of information are what; the store takes 4 years in the market and it doesn't still count with local own, the population's 68% knows the store, the footwear that more it is sold it is the casual one with 38% and the place where more buys the footwears it is in centers commercial 48% ~ 5 ~ and in stores 18%. The factors that you/they take into account when acquiring the footwear are quality 33% and I price 35%. In the stage of the discussion you proceeded to detail the situational diagnosis by means of the following wombs: the womb FODA, womb of evaluation of the internal factors (EFI) and womb of evaluation of the external factors (EFE), combination of the main FODA, womb of the competitive profile. Followed by the proposal with their respective objectives with their elements: presentation, objectives, prospective results, costs and the pursuit process and evaluation. Finally I can conclude that the elaboration of the Plan of Marketing, they helped to the company to obtain a better positioning in the market, according to their economic and commercial sector.
