| Resumen : | La presente investigación denominada “DISEÑO DE UN MANUAL DE PROCEDIMIENTOS CONTABLES Y ADMINISTRATIVOS PARA EL FERROCENTRO UNIMAX”, está enfocada en analizar el Área Contable - Administrativa de la empresa, con el fin de facilitar el correcto desarrollo de las actividades que se realizan diariamente, promoviendo la eficiencia y eficacia de la misma, a través de la ejecución de objetivos y la obtención de información confiable y oportuna; además se da cumplimiento a un requisito previo a optar el Grado y Título de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría, Contador Público – Auditor. Para el desarrollo del primer objetivo específico se estableció funciones y responsabilidades a cada uno de los funcionarios y trabajadores del Ferrocentro Unimax, de acuerdo a su jerarquía y a las normativas legales vigentes. Este objetivo se lo cumplió a través del organigrama estructural otorgado por la empresa. Para el segundo objetivo se estableció políticas y procedimientos contables y administrativos, basados en el reconocimiento, medición, presentación y revelación de las principales cuentas, según las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera y las Normas Internacionales de Contabilidad. De igual manera para el tercer objetivo se elaboró diagramas de flujo para cada procedimiento en el departamento contable y administrativo, de 3 acuerdo a las actividades que realiza la empresa, con el fin de seguir una secuencia en los pasos y lograr así mejorar la gestión del Ferrocentro. Posteriormente, se presentó el manual al gerente del Ferrocentro, como una propuesta de mejoramiento, con políticas y procedimientos dirigidos al ámbito contable y administrativo de la entidad. Finalmente se plantea la siguiente conclusión, el manual de procedimientos contables y administrativos es una herramienta que permite a los funcionarios y trabajadores que laboran en el Ferrocentro conocer de forma clara y ordenada los procesos a seguir para ejecutar sus actividades de manera eficiente y eficaz. |
| Descripción : | he present investigation denominated "DESIGN OF A MANUAL OF ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES FOR THE UNIMAX FERROCENTRO", is focused in analyzing the Accounting Area - Administrative of the company, with the purpose of facilitating the correct development of the activities that are realized daily, promoting the efficiency and effectiveness of it, through the execution of objectives and the obtaining of reliable and timely information; In addition, a prerequisite for choosing the Degree and Degree in Accounting and Auditing, Public Accountant - Auditor is fulfilled. In order to develop the objectives, roles and responsibilities were established for each of the company's employees and employees, according to their hierarchy and current legal regulations; In addition, accounting and administrative policies and procedures were established, based on the recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure of the main accounts, according to the International Financial Reporting Standards; Likewise, for the selection of personnel, it was suggested to carry out the following process: description of the position to be filled, selection bases, announcements in the media, reception of folders, review of documents, interview, selection of finalists, study of information and hiring the selected person; Additionally, it was proposed that there be training 5 processes in order for the staff to acquire knowledge, so that they can function adequately within their jobs. In the same way, it was suggested to carry out the evaluation to the personnel in order to know their strengths and weaknesses, in such a way that the weaknesses are eliminated and the strengths can be maintained, besides it will allow to know the personnel situation regarding factors of: knowledge, performance, punctuality and initiative of each employee. Subsequently, the manual of accounting and administrative policies and procedures was presented to the manager of Ferrocentro, as a proposal for improvement, with policies and procedures aimed at the accounting and administrative area of the entity. Finally, the following conclusion is presented: the Unimax Ferrocenter lacks a manual of accounting and administrative procedures, which allows the personnel working in the company to know in a clear and orderly manner the processes to be followed in order to properly execute their activities. |
