| Resumen : | La presente tesis titulada “IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL SISTEMA DE CONTABILIDAD COMERCIAL EN LA FARMACIA CRUZ AZUL DE LA CIUDAD DE BALSAS EN EL PERIODO ENERO-MARZO 2014”, tiene la finalidad de implementar un Sistema de Contabilidad Comercial, el mismo que permita obtener una información veraz, real y oportuna de las actividades que se realizan en ella, capaz de brindarles una herramienta a sus propietarios, para una buena toma de decisiones, así como también cumplir con este requisito indispensable para la obtención del grado de Ingeniero en Contabilidad y Auditoría CPA. Con la implantación de la contabilidad comercial en la Farmacia, se cumplió con los objetivos propuestos; es así que, se elaboró el plan y manual de cuentas que se utilizó para el desarrollo del proceso contable; se efectuó el inventario de mercaderías en forma física al inicio y final del periodo, constatando la presencia de los productos existentes para la venta; se desarrolló el proceso contable, construyendo registros contables y auxiliares de acuerdo a las necesidades de la Farmacia que permitieron establecer su desarrollo desde el Inventario Inicial, hasta los Estados Financieros, los cuales reflejan los resultados obtenidos en el presente periodo; se realizó Declaración del IVA en el formulario 104 y de Retención en la Fuente; de los meses Enero, Febrero, Marzo 2014, que la empresa debe pagar al SRI, y estar al día con sus obligaciones tributarias. Seguidamente se realizó el análisis de los indicadores financieros para determinar los distintos escenarios económicos que atraviesa la Farmacia en su actividad comercial. Al finalizar con el desarrollo de la Tesis se llega a la principal conclusión que la Farmacia "CRUZ AZUL” no cuenta con una información veraz, real y oportuna, para la toma de decisiones afines al mejoramiento, por lo que se recomienda adaptar el presente Sistema de Contabilidad Comercial que está diseñado de acuerdo a las necesidades de la empresa. |
| Descripción : | This thesis entitled "IMPLEMENTATION OF BUSINESS ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IN “CRUZ AZUL” PHARMACY CITY BALSAS in the period January-March 2014", aims to implement a commercial accounting system, the same as to obtain accurate information, real- and timely activities that take place in it, can provide a tool to its owners, for good decision-making, as well as meet this prerequisite for obtaining the degree of Engineer in Accounting and Auditing CPA. With the firm introduction of commercial accounting at the pharmacy, it met the objectives; so that, plan and manual accounts that are used for the development of the accounting process was developed; inventory of goods was effected in physical form at the beginning and end of the period, confirming the presence of existing products for sale; the accounting process is developing, building and auxiliary accounting records according to the needs of the pharmacy that allowed to establish its development from the initial inventory, to the financial statements, which reflect the results obtained in this period; VAT Declaration was made in the form 104 and Withholding; of January, February, March 2014 months, the company must pay the IRS, and stay current with their tax obligations. Following the analysis of financial indicators was conducted to determine the various economic scenarios running through the pharmacy in your business. Upon completion of the development of the thesis you get to the main conclusion that the pharmacy "CRUZ AZUL" has true, real and timely information for decision-related decisions to improve, so it is recommended to adapt this system Commercial accounting is designed according to the needs of the company. |
