| dc.description.abstract | Desde el punto de vista macro económica, la empresa estará ubicada de acuerdo al eje de acción de comercio, mercado consumidor y mercado proveedor en la ciudad de Loja, cantón Loja, provincia de Loja, República del Ecuador. Debe estar ubicado en esta ciudad con la finalidad de incentivar la producción en esta rama y que tome fuerza por la originalidad en su confección. La empresa se ubicara al norte de la ciudad de Loja, concretamente en el parque industrial por el sector de Amable María, lote número 95 en un terreno de 450m2, el mismo que se lo acondicionara de acuerdo a las necesidades para su funcionamiento. También cuenta con los siguientes servicios: vías de acceso, servicios básicos (Luz, agua, teléfono y alcantarillado) aspectos muy importantes puesto que definen el desarrollo y éxito de la empresa. La capacidad máxima instalada es el 100% que la empresa proyecta para su vida útil que es de 5 años, la empresa ha previsto que por el inicio de sus actividades y tomando en cuenta las disponibilidades y recursos no podrá atender a toda la demanda insatisfecha existente (3848 juegos), por lo que se ha considerado atender un porcentaje de la misma que es el 23,90% (936 juegos); ocupando un porcentaje en cada año, por lo tanto el equipamiento de la empresa será establecida en función de la demanda insatisfecha. | es_ES |
