| dc.description | This research work entitled: MOTIVATION GUIDE FOR PERSONAL AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL CHILDREN OF 4 TO 5 YEARS OLD, OF SCHOOLS "ROSA JOSEFINA BURNEO Burnet" in the city of Loja. PERIOD SEPTEMBER 2013 TO JULY 2014. For its development was proposed as general objective: Identify the theoretical foundations of the guide to personal and social motivation of children / as, so you know the enhancement of socio-emotional development of children of 4-5 year old school "Rosa Josefina Burneo Burneo" During the research process the following methods were used. Analytical, scientific, descriptive, hermeneutic, deductive, inductive, synthetic and statistical and technical: the psychology survey of 1 professor, a survey of eight parents, and an instrument, the Educational Testing affective competencies which was aimed at 8 children / as 4 to 5years old. In addition he had an alternative proposal as a teaching guide for success of children in their socio-emotional development. The most significant findings were that parents in 62% of them work all day and therefore they do not provide enough time to their children and 100% of children have fear when engaging in an activity family or school. Also it is considered that 100% of the recreational activities carried out in class, contribute to good social-emotional therefore the teacher development must perform activities that are within curriculum planning and I do regularly and well stimulate sociability correctly, performing it so motivating and according to the age of each child. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Identificar los fundamentos teóricos de la guía de motivación personal y social de los niños/as, determinar los problemas del desarrollo emocional, organizar una guía de intervención en la motivación personal y social para el desarrollo socio-emocional de los niños/as, aplicar estrategias didácticas de motivación personal y social para un buen desarrollo socio-emocional. Al culminar el trabajo investigativo se concluyó que: que los padres de familia trabajan todo el día y por tal motivo no brindan el tiempo suficiente a sus hijos, además los niños presentan temor al momento de participar en una actividad familiar o escolar, así mismo la docente debe realizar actividades que vayan dentro de la planificación curricular y se lo realice de forma habitual y así estimular la sociabilidad de manera correcta, realizándolo de forma motivadora y de acuerdo a la edad de cada niño. | es_ES |
