| dc.description | This thesis entitled IMPLEMENTATION OF AN ACCOUNTING SYSTEM IN THE MICROMARKET CELI CELI, THE CANTON CATAMAYO, PROVINCEOFLOJA,PERIOD:AUGUSTSEPTEMBER2014,allowed implement the knowledge acquired during the years of study at the career of Accounting and Auditing complying with the necessary requirements for the degree of Engineer in Accounting and Auditing, Public Auditor- Accountant. This subject is aimed at obtaining adequate and timely financialstatements. The proposed objectives were fully met especially with the introduction of commercial accounting, this is what made in order to have a proper financial accounting and timely procedure being one of the main objectives of the research. It could make by organizing documents, preparation of the Initial Inventory based on physical verification of the merchandise and supporting documentation; likewise Plan was developed and User accounts, auxiliary registers, providing income support costs registration information in the general journal was designed. The accounting process was run from baseline to the financial statements for the period August to September2014. Upon completion of the investigation was obtained as a conclusion the development of real and timely financial statements also important to continue running the accounting process with all auxiliary records of the sale, the Kardex cards for better control of goods, depreciation assets, this so that the results are reliable in making decisions for the betterment of the company | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente Tesis titulada IMPLANTACIÓN DE UN SISTEMA CONTABLE EN EL MICROMERCADO CELI CELI, DEL CANTON CATAMAYO, PROVINCIA DE LOJA, PERIODO: AGOSTO A SEPTIEMBRE DEL 2014, permitió poner en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante los años de estudio en la carrera de Contabilidad y Auditoría, cumpliendo con el requisito necesario para optar al grado de Ingeniera en Contabilidad y Auditoría, Contador-Público Auditor. Este tema está orientado a la obtención de los estados financieros adecuados yoportunos. Los objetivos propuestos se cumplieron en su totalidad en especial con la implantación de la contabilidad comercial, esta se lo efectúo con la finalidad de contar con un procedimiento contable-financiero adecuado y oportuno siendo uno de los principales objetivos de la investigación. Se lo pudo realizar mediante la organización de documentos, la elaboración del Inventario Inicial en base a la constatación física de la mercadería y la documentación soporte; así mismo se elaboró un Plan y Manual de cuentas, se diseñó los registros auxiliares, que respalden los ingresos gastos proporcionando información para el registro en el diario general. Se ejecutó el proceso contable desde la situación inicial hasta los estados financieros del periodo agosto a septiembre del2014. Al finalizar de la investigación se obtuvo como conclusión la elaboración de los estados financieros reales y oportunos además la importancia de continuar ejecutando el proceso contable con todos los registros auxiliares de compra y venta, las tarjetas kardex para un mejor control de la mercadería, las depreciaciones de los activos, esto para que los resultados sean confiables en la toma de decisiones para el mejoramiento de laempresa | es_ES |
